The employee was not familiar with the process and he was alone managing the convenience store/gas station and checking out the trailer. He did a great job! I don't think his supervisor has done a very good scheduling job.

Ordered 2 dozen furniture pads lady pit in truck, got home only 1 dozen, went back didn't have any more,told was my fault for not counting,had to drive to another place to get another dozen

It took 1 hour and 50 minutes for the lady to figure out how to do the rental after calling uhaul twice.. absolutely herendouse no excuse for it other than uhaul doesn't care if the people doing the rental understands anything about the paperwork and how to do the rental..one thing uhaul doesn't forget is how to charge people the rental fee.. I honestly think uhaul is to big to even care

Close this location. The guy working the counter had no idea how to give me my truck that was sitting outside - took almost 30 minutes just to process my reservation. After I got the truck, I realized that they didn't include the 3 dozen blankets that I ordered and when I returned to pick them up, they only had 6. We had to go to another Uhaul location for the other 30. Absolutely terrible service.

No help hitching up the trailer. The attendant at the Sunoco station could not be bothered. He went thru the paperwork, pointed to the trailer and said "there it is" . No help at all. I had no idea if the lights were even working or anything. He was useless...Also the pads I requested were not there. He told me I would have to drive 10 miles away to pick them up. Why bother requesting pads if they were not going to be at the location with the trailer. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The pick up process was terrible. The woman behind the counter could not communicate with us due to language barrier and on top of trying to wait on customers at the store. The truck smelled like urine and spoiled milk. Just very chaotic and poor service overall.

We dropped off a day early and the personnel did not know how to accept our trailer. We made him sign our contract so we wouldn’t be charged. This was on Sunday, July 1. We have received 2 emails and 1 phone call at least because no one ever closed out our contract. Do you know how mad we would have been if we would have been charged additional fees! We had to call TWICE to have the account closed!!! Poor training! Poor service!!

The confirmation email displayed the incorrect address for pick up and sent us to another uhaul up the road. When we finally found the right place, there was a new employee working the sunoco station there alone who did not know about uhauls. She had to call someone else to take care of us. It took forever. By time we finally got going, we were over an hour late and being late caused us to take more time because we has to wait un riduculous kines wrapped around the building at the furniture buying event we were going to. We would've been in and out of there if we were early like planned. Upon drop off we were given no receipt, it showed up in my email later with charges i don't understand. I expected 29.99 and 99cents a mikee as advertised. I was charged rental fees in addition that were not disclosed to me. I am wondering if it's because we took longer than i initially said and well who's fault is that any way? Not mine! I wad also charged for insurance that i declined. I called the store only to find, surprise, no one knows anything about uhauls! Chris gave me Bob's # who i called and lefta voicemail. He never called back except accidentally butt dialing me. I plan on disputing this on my credit card.
