Worst drop off ever - clerk had me unload pads and hand truck and stack them for him in a small cramped space - wrote everything down on a piece of paper and didn’t even check mileage or condition of truck - no receipt offered - said o would find out later - had to wait 24 hours to get receipt from U-Haul that everything was ok - worst experience ever and we have been using u-haul for years !!! Also the Sunoco station I dropped at is too small to really handle the 26 ft truck and is poorly maintained !!
Billy MThe vehicle had major breaking issues that smoke came out everytime I break and it was shaking constantly while driving. The truck was so beat up and uncomfortable.
ROGERS PReally nothing, everything went like clockwork. The only issue we discovered was that one of the hooks on the ramp was broken, so we had to stack wood on the bumper to keep that side up. Even though it created a sketchy situation, I don't think the "location" would ever know this unless a customer brought it to their attention.

Luke MSmall gas station that sold questionable water bongs and pipes that are proudly displayed in the window. Attendant was nice and helpful even with issues at drop-off location but the gas station was sketchy.

william hWhen I picked up the truck, the gas tank was empty. I pulled into their gas station and filled up the truck with gas. I returned the truck with more gas than I received it with but they still charged me $100. They also told me once I returned the truck that if I didn’t lock the doors in the truck I’m responsible for anything that might happen to it throughout the night. Terrible service. They stole money from me. 1000% would not recommend and im actually doing a charge back on my credit card

tim sI checked in online on my phone around 10pm and a random gas station employee came out smelling like cigarettes and ask me to give him the keys when the app said drop it in the key box. He argued with me a little then let me drop it in the return box

Dale MYou have to watch this location. The agent here charge my a cancelation fee after I was late picking up and he agreed to reiniate the contract and I accepted and signed. He charged the fee after I had the rental agreement. Deceptive. Charge has not been re-deposited into my account. Regional was notified 24 hours ago about his issue and still have not heard back from manger regarding this non authorized charge. Called regional manager and left VM. Not the best service from Uhaul Choose a different location to pick up and drop off your truck.

Otis BTried to do mobile pick up but it wouldn’t work, forced to go inside. The guy behind the counter in this little gas station knew nothing, had to call another guy and gave me his cell to talk through it all. He took down my info with pen and paper on a napkin…When I got back to same location I had to back up truck to difficult spot and take in the blankets and dolly into the store myself. Any other Uhaul place would just say leave it in the truck but he made me bring it back inside. Whole process took forever and low tech. Any other spot, you just whip out your phone and are gone in 5 min. This place took over 20 min each time. Never go here.
Zachary CThis location is a small gas station/convenience store, with virtually no place to park a big truck, let alone one pulling a trailer. The man behind the counter was unfriendly and his english was difficult to understand. He told me there was no room and to go somewhere else. I didn't understand everything he said but it was pretty clear that he considered me a nuisance, like the fly on his hotdog. Although he had a U-haul sign and a few trailers, I'm pretty sure he has no interest in being a U-haul dealer.

jeffrey jThey charged me double for dropping off a couple hours later than expected. I’ve used uhaul for every move, and I’ve never been charged for dropping off late. They’ve always said you have it for the day. When did you start strictly enforcing the drop off time? And why not just a late fee??? Double the charges? It’s not like you would rent it out again that late in the day anyway. Absolutely ridiculous.

HELEN OPickup was perfect.. Dropping off tho, i suggest you make sure check out yourself to avoid extra charges. The elder man there will not remind you of the little things like returning a dolly to inside the store which will be an extra charge. It was only after i decided to self-checkout that i saw everything i needed to do.

CHERYL WMoe was extremely rude at drop off. He refused to check in the equipment and demanded I could not leave it there even though I had picked it up here that same morning. I called Uhaul 800 number to inform company of situation and was instructed to leave trailer and check in via mobile app. The app would not work and Moe refused to do an in store return. I was charged then charged an extra $20 the next morning as an after hours fee even though gas station was open when I dropped off the trailer. Due to the complete lack of customer service and fraudulent fees, I will refuse to rent from this location again.

Lacey MCheck in gentleman was very nice. Gas station, morning traffic managed customer service as well as possible. Upon return, gentleman wrote info on post it note, was not helpful. Requests were to park it as far to the right as possible - no help, then wanted me to go back out and lock doors, lots of back in forth. I Added $30 of gas at their location to the truck and it was filled up beyond the 11/16ths I picked it up at. Was falsely charged $33 fuel charge. Customer service is compromised at this location Vs a stand alone Uhaul. The truck needs maintenance, wheels out of balance or not inflated properly. Windshield was beyond dirty Reservation was initially at Gaby Wireless and was moved without notice to this location. Caused inconvenience, delay, and mileage. I’ve had much better experiences with other locations. This rental experience unfortunately missed the mark.
Jeff CIt's hard for one man to run a gas station and quickie mart and still have time to rent trucks. I still don't get why I had to go there instead of the huge U-Haul facility I reserved it at first, the place only 1/2 mile from my destination. Don't make me drive miles out of my way for worse service.
John BI rented 2 times with in a few weeks and each time uhaul wanted me to drop off my trailer 25 miles away from my home in N Georgia. Both times I had to figure it out myself to find a much closer drop-off location Total B S

They were kind enough to explain and show me everything I needed to know from paperwork to the truck. The truck drove great, smelled clean, and the air conditioner was cold. I will definitely return to that location in the future when I need to move things locally.

Shahul VIt's at a gas station and the person on duty is very friendly and helpful, though you may need to wait if there are customers because there isn't a dedicated U-Haul person there. Still, my experience picking up was a breeze and he got me up and running in no time.
Paul CFirst, I was directed ti this location because the location I reserved with didn’t have my trailer. The guy helping me when I picked up the trailer was great. When returning the trailer, I was instructed to put the trailer in the grass by the building. When I didn’t put it quite where the other guy wanted it, he got rude with me and told me that I didn’t listen. He didnt help me back up or unhook the trailer. So when it was already unhooked, I was forced ti push the trailer back by hand until the man was satisfied with where he wanted it. When checking in the trailer, he wrote my name and number down on a piece of paper and said he would take care of it later. I took it upon myself to do the online return for my peace of my mind. When doing that, it would not let me choose the trailer is clean option with a picture. I had to pick that it was dirty in order for it to let me continue the return. The trailer was spotless. All in all, my experience this time with uhaul was not great. I’ve used uhaul many times and this was by far my worst experience.
Chase GI was promptly greeted outside as soon as I pulled onto the lot. Very helpful gentleman! Drop off took just a minute and my receipt was promptly emailed to me. Excellent service!
