It’s the second time I rent a truck in a small U-Haul store and people are so rude, inflexible and not friendly, specially regard to fueling gasoline issue. That is so annoying I don’t wanna rent with you guys never more!

The van said "Change engine oil soon" when we first rented it. Not a good feeling when embarking on a long drive. Location owners were sweet, but it took a long time. Your website was slow. Overall good satisfaction in the end. Good rate.

The online check-in was beyond frustrating, as well the "return truck" experience. The pick-up location had very poor wifi, so it took FOREVER to upload anything. I would definitely look at other companies in the future.

I was not told in advance I was spending $0.89 kilometer. I was told it was $0.59 this was the only discrepancy but that turned out costing me $20 more than I thought especially when gas was another $20 on top of the $40 for km charge. So $88 total to move a few items was a little more than I anticipated.

My rental experience with U-Haul and Sunny's Market was great. I believe the gentleman who helped me is the owner, and he helped to rectify my reservation from U-Haul that was accidentally booked for the wrong date. He helped to re-book, get me the right truck, and offered to do the check-out process for me the next morning so that I didn't have to call U-Haul late at night or download their app. The billing was right on time, and accurate, and I would rent from this location again.

Market itself was interesting, but nothing related to Uhaul. Simply an old and dated market that probably many people would not enter if not for renting a truck. The truck we rented wasn't the cleanest, I had to sweep it several times to remove all the dirt, sand and debris.

There wasn't much in terms of signage in front of shop. Passed by it twice and didn't even realize it was a place for Uhaul until I had walked in and saw the little Uhaul truck at the counter.
