I Valued Customer Darlene Rodgers rented the UHAUL from Sunray Tinted in Blytheville, Arkansas for Wednesday, March 22, 2024. I Darlene Rodgers was pleased to use the UHAUL 26' truck to meet my moving needs. Upon getting the UHAUL truck, it only had a "HALF OF TANK OF GAS" in it. The UHAUL driver (Willie Wilson) was given money to put the UHAUL truck tank back to half a tank. The back inside of the UHAUL was very clean on return. I Valued Customer Darlene Rodgers was not aware of any paper or trash left in the area of the front driver and passenger *Valued Customer issues below: (1). No way I Darlene Rodgers should have been "CHARGED" $49.00 for gas, when gasoline was replaced by in the tank before taking to Sunray Tinted in Blytheville. (Some people are not "HONEST", and just can't be trusted. (2) No way I Darlene Rodgers should have "NOTICED" my Credit card being "CHARGED OVER AND OVER AGAIN", BUT IT WAS. (3). No way one or two pieces of paper or napkins should be charged to I Darlene Rodgers Credit Card account for $25.00 plus, when I did not leave it there. (4). Taking pictures sometimes for evidence, sometimes can be tampered falsely with just to gain money from someone else. You will be held accountable by God Almighty for "OVER CHARGING" I Darlene Rodgers (5). FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, IF THE LORD'S WILL, NEVER WILL I RENT A UHAUL AGAIN.

Emily RThis was the best trailer I have ever rented. It had fiberglass walls that allowed light to come in and lessened the weight of the trailer. The trailer pulled easily and trailed great. UHaul should add another wooden rail higher up in the trailer since the boxes loaded went almost to the ceiling. The extra rail would allow tie off spots for those top layer boxes.

John EWhen I arrived before my scheduled pick up time of 9am, I was informed that the smaller truck I rented was dead and was offered the larger 29' truck in its place (though the gentleman was nice enough to rent it to me for the same price as the smaller truck). I initially agreed thinking it would be manageable, but upon leaving the lot, I quickly found that the truck drove poorly, the breaks were rough, and there was absolutely no way to maneuver it in the small storage unit space and cul de sac I needed to get to. Thus, I ended up returning the truck just after 12pm, still to be charged for the same price as if I'd had it all day. All in all, I'm extremely displeased with the whole experience.

LAWRENCE KWas easy enough. Ray is great. I inadvertently, due to the stress lately has put my own keys in the return box instead of the truck key. Upon realizing this mistake I called SunRays and he met me to exchange the keys. Sure got a good laugh and I was happy to not have to go through customer service to correct my error.
