Leafs on trailer
Mike BBesides the app not finding my location, everything was fine.

JOSEPH LI had to call to get my drop off location because I was not given any paperwork. Also I have received an email saying I need to pay tolls for the trailer???
James PI arranged an after hours drop off over the phone, which was super helpful.
Jason MDropped off after hours. Location is a dirt lot that had standing water and mud.
Michael RLocation was definitely in a weird spot but staff was very friendly and helpful.
John MCut the grass. Parking lot was a swamp. Was concerned that my car was going to get stuck. Was better than the ghetto location I used last time in Daytona. There I feared for my life and was approached for money during drop off behind a liquor store

GARY VNo signs for where to park. Google has wrong address for company so wasted my miles on truck driving around town. Also in a really sketchy spot. Glad we dropped off in daylight.
Aubrey PI dropped the trailer off on the same day (Sunday). On Tuesday I received a call accusing me that I didn't drop the trailer off. When I told the associate on the phone that I dropped it off on Sunday, again she said "maybe I didn't drop it off". I could not drop off the trailer inside the yard due to a personal truck blocking the entry way.
Nelson MThe representatives at this location were friendly and helpful. Easy pick up and drop off of the vehicle. We paid a little extra on the mileage, which the rep said he would take care of reimbursement, when we dropped off the keys. My wife and I will recommend this site.

Charles LThe site is a bit tricky to find tucked away on a back road along the FEC Railway, but the location is a taste of old time Florida.

Joseph GThere was nobody there and the business was closed. I did not know what to do. I took pictures of the drop off. I called them and left messages and never heard back. I called the pick up location and rheybweee very helpful. The drop off location was terrible.

JAMES EI left the location without any paperwork because everything through online and email of course…I have no problem with that…only problem when u moving and driving you not looking at your phone and email…the truck had little over half but more like half a tank fuel…and I dropped it off with more fuel and still my email receipts says 6gallon $30 they gonna charge…now Im seeing the email from the time I picked up the truck showing way more fuel then I left the truck with… I have an idea what’s going on that pick up location…
ARNOLD VThe truck was parked in 3” of water !!!! The mileage was off by 14 miles, they said they would fix, but didn’t !!!! They said they would be in office till 5 !!! Gone Then they don’t answer there phone !!! The worst haul rental facility I’ve ever used. JerryWilliard. 63. Home flipper. I’ve rented several times but not from them ever. !!! I never give reviews till now. They broke me and owe me money!!!

Gary BThe pickup location is on an old sand road and it had just rained so I had a o drive through large puddles in the road to get to this pickup location. The guy that handled the rental was great and the lady who checked us back in was courteous and efficient.

Frank GI answered the last question N/A because you wouldn't accept my survey otherwise, and I wanted to be sure the pickup location got credit. I would've chosen not to answer the last question at all, for contradictory reasons upon which I do not wish to elaborate.
Gary FTrailer was dirty. The truck had 1/8 fuel in it. Parking lot was full very difficult to hook up trailer and get everything out of the parking lot.
