19.95 is not what you pay. Mileage fee should be made clear in advertising along with others fees inccured when renting equipment. I ended up paying 360.00+ on a 5 day rental because mileage was a whopping 200.00+ and had I understood the mileage fees I certainly would have monitored this and perhaps not rented for 5 days. Should be a cheaper mileage rate for renting more than 3 days. In conclusion the 19.95 is misleading and others should beware of this fact and that you're also charged for mileageand other fees in adition to the 19.95 advertised.MELVIN D.

I had one surprise-- the truck had no ramp, A tow hitch had been installed in place of the ramp. The U-haul agent did not mention that to me. It complicated and made the loading of the truck harder but not impossible.CLYDE D.

Twice I have tried reserving the Uhaul online and both times even though I had a confirmation number neither were in the system when I went to pick it up. Twice I have tried returning the Uhaul using the online system and Twice it would not let me finish the process. It stopped working after I uploaded the first picture to show the cleanliness. First rental had check engine light come on during drive down the street, but came back and got a different truck with no issues. Forgot personal dolly in the back of rental, but agent contacted me letting me know it was still left. Thanks for the great customer service!Phong L.

The equipment was fine. The customer service at that location leaves a lot to be desired (it was the woman, not the man). I was not impressed at all. I was made to feel like I was putting them out for them to do our rental.Audrey H.
The Brake Pedal and Gas Pedal are alarmingly closely located. A caution should be given to customers that a foot can easily get caught between the 2 Pedals. I nearly had an accident pulling out of the Uhaul lot when my feet became entangled!!!JOHN C.

Make sure whoever is handling the customer service counter that they provide friendly customer service to its customers. The lady at the counter was very dry and unapproachable. She was not a pleasant person. She provided no smile, no friendly small talk. I just wanted to get my key and get the hell out of there.TONYA S.

Manager, Pat, yelled at me for dropping off trailer. Manager stated that her location did not accept the type of trailer I was dropping off and then gave me a number for uhaul that only worked during normal business hours (it was after hours already). Very unhelpful and unprofessional on a problem I could not prevent. The male manager, whose name I did not get, on the other hand was kind in helping me complete my drop off.Lindsey C.

When I scheduled my pickup I selected 8am. Apparently the location opens at 9am. I was really disappointed I'd have to sit outside for an hour, but the owners saw what was going on and helped me before they officially opened. My mileage usage was incorrectly recorded and had I not had the diligence to ensure I was properly charged, I would have been considerably overbilled. My uhaul wasn't available, picking it up delayed my day an hour and I lost valuable time as I'm an event planner and it made me late. I had to leave and come back to the location before she found me another truck to rent. Your policy states the truck can possibly be rented out if you don't arrive within 15 minutes but it does nothing for the customer if our rental isn't available. Still very upset about thisKRYSTAL T.
