Availability of trucks at this location appeared to be less than what I have seen elsewhere but I was lucky and thankful I was able to get the small size one. I went ahead and brought the truck back to that location as she stated it was cheaper to do so..good info to provide the customer. I would continue to do business with this location. Employees are very nice.

Ethan SThe checkout process is a bit lengthy for the mobile self-checkout. It looks me about 10 -15 minutes to get approved. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but I took an Uber to the location and it was pretty cold out. Changing the process so some of the verification can be done prior to checkout would be best.

Ricky EThe vehicle was not ready for early morning pickup as requested - no keybox code and no dolly in the truck, causing me to wait two hours for them to open before I could get the truck. Upon return, they parked the vehicle on a hill before checking it in then overcharged me for fuel even though it was filled as required. It then took multiple calls and 3 weeks to get a refund. Everyone knows fuel level is wrong on a hill and a U-Haul dealership that checks trucks in every day knows this. They tried to scam me.

Destinee LI just used uhaul twice for two different trips, this location charges way more and charged me over $4 a gallon for gas when the gas station literally a few yards away charges $3 max. The mileage was also $.30 more expensive per mile vs the other location a few miles away.

William JThe trailer rented was very old and handle to open the back door was extremely rusted. The chains were very long and disconnected twice during the trip. The 2nd time it disconnected the hook came off of the chain and damaged our trucks tailgate.

Tommy CWhile the truck was trashed out, but it was not clean. The inside of this truck is an actual crime scene. After spending 4 days and 2400 miles alone in this truck, it told me a story that involved a lock-out, a thrown breakfast sandwich followed by an assault. Food matter spattered on the driver side, blood spatter on the passenger side and jacked up door molding where a locksmith tried to slim-jim in, tell the tale. I have pictures if you'd like to see.

Shane HThe power steering was terrible and does not work unless the throttle was pressed, brake effort is hard, the defogger didnt work well and the windows were foggy as I drove down I 81S in the mountains. The truck was a death trap. For $1275 I got the old crappy truck instead of the newer trucks in the fleet.
