We rent for our small staging, organizing and downsizing business. Regarding corporate- that was quite the rate hike on the basic insurance from $15-$16 to $20 all of a sudden. Also I rent quite often and would love to hear about corporate rates? I am a very longterm and loyal UHaul customer.

Your customer service agent, Lilian, was also great. She was able to move my reservation to this location quickly when I called-in to say the original location was closed.

allen marshallThe man operating the front desk was extremely unpleasant. I have rented many U-Hauls before and this was by far the worst experience I have had so far. He tried nickel and diming me after I had refilled the gas tank, claiming it still was not filled enough (it was possibly a hair less than what it was when we brought it). He laughed at us and claimed he was still going to charge the $30 dollar service fee plus gas money to for him to refill it. When my coworker challenged him he backed down but still insisted he had to charge us $10. I said okay and cut my losses. Will never be dealing with this rotten fool again.

Completely dissatisfied with this entire experience and would not recommend this location to anyone. ——— I am writing to inform whomever is in charge of customer experience at U-haul. I want to begin this email by indicating that my previous experiences with U-haul have been sufficient thus far, hence, choosing to move with U-haul once again. In efforts to prepare for the move, I booked the U-haul on January 6 for pick-up at 7.30am at Basso Lounge (320 Queen Street E). Yesterday, I received a call while at work to indicate that our pick-up location changed from Queen Street (downtown Toronto) to 318 Greenwood Ave for 8am. Note, our elevator was also booked for 7.30am - as well as our movers. This initial setback pushed back our start time for the move. The pick-up location was on the opposite side of town for us, given that my previous address of residence was in the west-end of Toronto. On the phone, the service clerk informed me that we would be given an additional 50km to make-up for the inconvenience. I would like to acknowledge as well that we chose the Queen Street location for ease of the route, as Greenwood is 20km from my home. The service clerk indicated to me on the phone that there were no one-way vehicles available at Queen, despite the availability of this location at the time of booking. We understood that mistakes happen, and we were satisfied with the additional 50km. When we arrived at the pick-up location on Greenwood, the vehicle that was provided to us had a flat tire. I alerted the employee, and he said that it should be fine to drive. When I prompted for a separate truck, and indicated that we were driving a long-distance, he said that he would check in to see what he could do, but that this was the only truck he had for one-way. Again, the concept of one-way was not explained to us, and there were many 15" trucks around. They ended up filling the tire for us, but could not explain why a flat tire was provided to us. When questioned, one person said the cold air caused the flat, and another person said that it could be leaking. No alternative tire was provided in the event that it popped throughout our ride. As the tire was being filled, the employee went over the details of our booking. He noted that our drop-off was in Cambridge, and that I could drop it off anywhere that accepts U-haul drop-offs. At the time of booking, there was nothing available in Guelph, so we chose Cambridge. I showed him where I had arranged the drop off for Dive Petroleum 22 Concession St. He told me again that I could go anywhere, again. I told him that I would be arriving at 22 Concession St. Once we arrived in Guelph, I received a booking notification update for drop off at 696 Franklin Blvd. I did not authorize this, and immediately called the U-haul location at Greenwood. The individual on the phone told me that I could go to a location in Guelph instead. I drove to the 389 Speedvale location. Luckily, they accommodated me, but had to change my reservation, otherwise I would receive a 250$ charge. My gas tank was also minimally touched (1/4 tank used), and I received a fuel-charge for 56.34. Our total ride ended up being 75km - and we were still charged for the entirety of the ride. This entire experience from beginning to end was treacherous, and exceedingly stressful to add on-top of a move. When all you wish is for your experience to be seamless, this was the furthest thing from. We did not receive our 50km honour, but rather - a flat tire, misleading service clerks, additional charges, and on-going difficulty throughout the day. I am hopeful that there could be some reconciliation to this matter.
Leigh HunterThe location is hard to enter and exit (if you're going north). I went on a Saturday and it was okay, but I couldn't imagine on a weekday. Watch out for extra fees. I was charged $16 after I left, the charge said I didn't refill the gas to the starting gas line. I drove less than 10km and refilled more than double what I used. I'm not going back to this location and I recommend you avoid it, unless you want extra fees after you leave

Yunus Camthey overcharged and it happened 3rd time to the same project under my workers' account- they are very sneaky I wouldnt reccomment to anyone... I had to spend time with the head office and reversed the amount overcharged uneccessarily...

Mamadou Oury DialloWhere do I begin. This pickup was originally scheduled to be at the location on 354 Pape Avenue in Toronto for 8am. When I arrived there was nobody there, my truck I had reserved was also boxed in. I called the number for the location 3-4 times, nobody picked up. I then completed my mobile check in, guess what - no equipment assigned to this reservation. I then proceeded to call u-haul support and was hung up on twice before I finally Was helped by a representative and was able to change my pickup location. Wasted an hour of my time and was late for my elevator reservation at my condo. Horrible service as always from u-haul. Never change, you guys are doing GREAT work!

The back parking lot was not very well lit. The actual cube van was fine; it worked well and served its purpose.
THOMAS MURPHYThe location fine. the frustrating part of uhaul is the app. It is a horrible app. it is slow and unresponsive and half the time doesn't work at all.. The rental process in regards to gas I also find super annoying. The requirement to have the gas level at the same spot when it is at a completely random level is super frustrating.

Michael WeberEquipment is so old and damaged it is embarrassing. The trailer was actually tilted when it drove. Door also jammed and I cut my hand. I have rented other trailers in past and they were good. This one was shit.
John LaceyI don't think my driver should have to take a photo of the dash with every rental. We were charged for fuel, even though we topped up. I think it should be on uhaul to provide a timestamped photo of the dash before the vehicle goes out.

Toby MacPheeI tried calling this location to describe the following incident that occurred but the call kept disconnecting: When we dropped off the truck on Sunday there was a man that followed us into the parking lot yelling at us to move the truck to a different spot on the lot. This man did not work for U-Haul. He said he works on the lot. The place he was telling us to move the truck to would have blocked the entrance to another driveway, and there were no signs indicating that we should park there or that we could not park where we had parked. We had just been told to park in the back lot. When we told the man that we did not want to move the truck to block the driveway, he became very belligerent. He kept yelling and using profane language and called my husband names. I understand this man does not work for U-Haul, but just wanted to flag that it was not a good drop off experience and the U-Haul location should be aware.
