The employee was not there during posted open hours. I called the number and left a voice mail. She replied within minutes and informed me she had been in a car wreck. She spent time walking me through the return procedure, which went well I thought her response, given the situation was above and beyond normal service.

Customer service line doesn't have a person to answer the phone. But it is immediately forwarded and the call is returned. The dropbox is not accessible due to the gate being locked so leaving the code lick is difficult.

Customer service was terrible. I reserved more than a month ahead of time and my equipment was not available causing me to have to drive to another location using my mileage. Interior was not cleaned of trash before given to me.

Kendra was absolutely awesome and diligently worked to resolve an issue with the site at pick up. I had a had a delay because of the web site not functioning. This cost me more money with the movers. Also the truck cab could have been cleaner, and the rear smelled like fish or animals. I highly recommend Kendra because she will work to resolve issues should they arise.

The mobile Express needs serious work. The customer service I received at the time of pick up was less than poor. I was given the wrong code word for the lock after repeatedly telling the agent it's not working I was disconnected from chat and was not able to reach anyone. Not even using the 1800 number. I won't be renting again! I was hours behind my scheduled move

This location and support was stellar. Kendra went above & beyond to help me. I even forgot to fill the truck back up before turning in the key. I called Kendra first thing the following morning and she let me come back by to refill the truck. Great customer service. Kudos!

The truck's steer column was off and the truck didn't drive well. It was very dangerous but luckily we didn't have to travel far. Also I returned the truck with a line below the initial gas level and was charged more. Would not rent from here again.

I never saw the dealer, only talked to him once at pickup which was half hour late and while I had the truck he never answered his phone. He was very unprofessional and I was not at all happy with the service I received. On the other hand all the people at the gray hwy location were great they were the ones who took care of my needs.

Contacted 1-800-UHAUL with issues of drop off and she was HIGHLY rude, incompetent, and not helpful at all.

Wierd lot, like old salvage lot. Guy came up to me wanting the keys , etc, no credentials or uniform, just didn't feel comfortable. He was the Uhaul rep but a badge or something would be nice. Also, super bummed that I returned the Uhaul almost FULL. IT was only at just under a quarter tank when I picked it up. I hope somehow I can get a tefund on over-gas as Uhaul charged be .81 Petty cents for just barely going over mileage AllowancE. I figure, Uhaul owes ME.

I was charged with a $50 gas fee. When I picked up my truck the gas registered 1/4 tank. When I delivered the truck, for pickup the fuel was just under 1/2 tank. THIS LOCATION IS ATTEMPTING TO STEAL $50 from me. I expect to receive a call from UHAUL today to deal with this corrupt uhaul dealer. Dr David Phillips 706-498-3211

We rented our truck on Friday afternoon and returned it less than 24 hours later. My husband actually placed the keys in a worker's hand. I received an email on Monday invoicing me for additional day stating the truck was returned on Monday at 8:15 a.m. It may not have been processed until Monday, but was definitely returned before 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. If this is not resolved, I will not use UHaul again or recommend it to friends.
