Location stated they didn’t do online check in during business hours. I only learned this after going through the online checking process. Instead of saving time it took me twice as long.

1. We received a truck with only 3/8th of a tank of gas. It should have been full so it would be easier for us to refill upon returning. We put fuel in the truck when we returned but it only came to 1/4 of a tank. It's difficult to determine what a 1/8 of a tank is to return it as we received it. 2. When I ordered the truck it was for 24 hours. At the pick up we were told that we had only reserved it for 12 hours. I have the original receit dated April 17, 2018 showing we had rented the vehicle for 24 hours. 3. We were charged for a 2nd day as a result of the 12 hour V 24 hours issue. 4. When we did return it with 1/4 of a tank of gas the guy at the Sunds and Duds called me about adding the additional 1/8 of a tank of gas. My options were to come get the truck (which we were no longer covered by insurance) and add the additional fuel or the Suds and Duds would add it for me for an additional $50. 5.The original bill was $521.71 yet after my son in law complained at the Sunds and Duds the bill was now $429.66. Still considerable more that our original estimate. Not only would I never rent a vehicle from Suds and Duds again but I'm will not rent a UHAUL vehicle again without first researching my other options. This was a very disappointing experience.

I have always used uhaul anytime i move or when i have used one of your storage facilities... I always recommend uhaul to anybody i know if they are moving or need a storage room... Also the guy i dealt with at the uhaul store i rented from was very nice to me very helpful and polite... Customer service was outstanding so if i had to give a grade it would be an A+ for sure! Thank you and im sure i will be using your company again in the near future...

I had great experience dealing with Eddy from Sudz for Dudz. He was very helpful and professional. My only concern would be with the Uhaul company itself. I was under the impression that was I was renting a $20.95 van. Because that is how it was advertisied. I moved in town and made one trip to another city... 30 miles in all. After putting gas in the van and all other not adversitied expenses I paid $84 plus 15$ for gas! It is completely unfair and how uhaul falsely claims it costs one price but in actuality it is more than triple! Even though Eddie was extremely pleasant I would not recommend uhaul as a company to use.

The reservation process and delivery was a huge problem. My vehicle wasn't available at the location i choose. I had to schedule pickup with a second location on my own. And when I went to picp up the keys were not left where promised. I then had to go to a third location to get the unit.. Horrible experience. The Sudz location was ok.

To start, when you call the customer and ask them to pick up early and are told that the extra time will be added to our rental to accommodate your request, make sure you add it. PRAISE goes out to CINDI IN TRAFFIC who was very understanding of this and was kind enough to make the proper adjustments. Customer acknowlages damage/dents/ scratches, document it, dont tell them not to worry because I paid for the insurance. That is all

Steve the district or area manager needs to get back to me. Being charged a wrong destination drop off an extra day of coverage. I called in over 20 days ago to resolve this. Steve won't speak to me and just says he'll get back to me. It's been more than 20 days and you got my money. I've rented 3 times since this incident. I have to rent again tomorrow. If you guys can't resolve this for me by then I'm going to start renting with another company.

Check in process was timely as the girl working didn't know what she was doing. They weren't aware of the time my reservation went to and asked me to be back sooner. When I said I couldn't they didn't have an issue at all. Overall friendly just unorganized.

While the gentlemen at this location were very nice and extremely accommodating. I was however displeased with my dealings with CORPORATE UHaul: the fact that I made a reservation a month prior and then 2 days before my pick up spent the day on the phone with UHaul's customer service because the equipment I requested was not only unavailable at my requested pickup location, but not even available within a 30 mile radius! I ordered a 17" and had to get a 15" truck which ended up not being enough and had to choose to leave behind my couch amounting to a fee for 'waste' and having to buy a NEW couch at my destination! What's the point in making a reservation if UHaul does nothing to try and honor the customer's request??

I was overrall happy with the gentlemen at the the location, however corporate RI Uhaul was very frustrating during phone calls when I had to switch out a 10ft truck for a larger one. There should be a way to switch out without charging a days fee to return the original truck. When I was expressing my frustration, the manager was less than sensitive during an already stressful time, stating that it was my fault i rented the wrong truck. This the second time I have received poor customer service. I gave UHaul a second chance but I will not give them a third.

We complained to our credit card company for possible fraud and overcharge. Our credit card company returned "Amerco Intranet ID history (unsigned with fraudulent charges billed to our credit card. A second ID info, also unsigned, was provided. We would like a representative to contact us asap.

My experience can be compared to a nightmare. He did not put the dolly in the truck, we had to carry everything 50 feet and up to the second floor by hand. A 15 ft truck full of furniture and boxes without a dolly to help carry it all. The 5 of us plus two extra people I had to pay for help. Not a good experience at all.

We arrived at 2:15pm to pick up the truck we rented from 858 admiral St. Providence, RI. Before we even left the lot we asked one of the gentleman that worked there if he can kindly back the truck out of the parking lot for us. He rudely answered “don't you have a license”? After about 5 minutes he finally decided to just go ahead and back the truck up. Unfortunately the truck was unable to get traction not only because of the large amount of ice unattended to in the parking lot, but the tires were a worn down and bald. It took five guys about 20 minutes just to back the truck up from the parking spot. Four of the guys had to push it while one of the guys had to drive back and fourth to rock it out of the spot. After they were finally able to rock the truck out of the spot we went on our way but before we did a gentleman gave us advice on what to do if it gets stuck. When we arrived to our first destination we packed all of our belongings in the truck and as we were trying to back up we got stuck on a small patch of ice. When we called the gentleman from where we rented the truck, he told us that there was nothing he can do, and that we should call triple AAA to deal with the problem. The service we received today was unacceptable, and very unprofessional from his part. We were outside for about 30 minutes trying to get the truck free. Luckily there was a couple passing by on there way to dinner who graciously helped us out. We received NO help from anyone working for uhaul but instead a nice couple. And even with their help it took us two hours to get the truck going forward. We called uhaul at the beginning of this incident and the woman who assisted us had us send photos of the tires which we did but I am not sure if the pictures went through. This is the first time I have ever rented a uhaul and I am debating if I will do it again because of all the frustration I went through today. I feel as though my safety was put in jeopardy today, and would like to know if this is the type of service you typically give to new customers?
