Throughout the process, it was clear that, I as the customer, was not the focus of the efforts. Nothing in the process was done to make it less inconvenient for me. It was a terrible experience.

Matthew QuintalThe truck was average with lots of damage marks. I rented two follies and 24 furniture blankets - none of which were available. As we traveled three hours to get there and were traveling three hours back, this placed us in quite a bind for getting the truck loaded. There was no lot, everything was on the street. We were asked by uhaul to bring a ubox trailer back to our destination for credit on our rental, but it was not there either. Extreme disappointment is my best answer. The gentleman there was very nice though, and that is what kept me from giving the lowest rating.

Robert McBrideTruck was scheduled for move on 6/15 for a 7/3 pickup to move from NC to AZ, got a call day prior saying truck would not be available and would need to find another one to schedule. Order 3 dozen of packing blankets for the move, did not receive them. Got a call almost a week later from the original place of scheduled pu stating I still had an open reservation. I explained to her that her husband called the day prior to scheduled pick up and said the truck would not be available. Also I rescheduled another truck and was 3/4 of the way across TX at this time, but thanks for the co concern

Robert DunnVery nice guy managing the facility. He was very helpful. I am 74 years old. I had difficulty unloading the cargo from the trailer and he volunteered to send a person out to my house to help me. The trailer pulled excellent with my 2019 Toyota Highlander. The wood protectors on the trailer Interior were very nice.
Zed CummingsNobody was at the location when I tried to pick it up. Nobody answered 4 different phone numbers I found for the business. Uhaul had me on hold for 10 plus minutes. I’m 7 months pregnant and it was not a familiar area. We just took the trailer since it was unlocked. Maybe try to be present when people make reservations???

Elton EdmondsonOwner was not there when we arrived. We could see the trailer was there so we waited. It made us very worried because we had hired people to help us load that trailer. Were our plans wasted? Called the number but no one answered. It would help if the owner could switch the office number to his cell phone so customers could know he was on the way!communications is everything in a business!

Nikita HawkinsWhen you make a reservation to drop off at a place that you live next to and have it confirmed to drop off there you should not have to go 45 minutes back the way you just came from to return your rental. Was not happy about that!!! bad form! Will never rent form U Haul ever again.
