Drop off was horrible. No one there, no answer when I called. Your web site self checkout is cumbersome and frustrating. It is bad enough that if I had other options for renting a trailer, I would use them instead. Sorry - I wish I could be more positive because the actual trailer was excellent.

The guy at the pickup location was so wonderful! He went over everything with us and helped to ensure everything was hooked up properly. Great customer service!

Make sure customers can only select drop off options that are approved. Uhaul called me and told me I couldn't actually return my U-Haul to the original location I chose and switched me to this one.

Uhaul website said I could get the car with just my phone at 9:30, then upon arrival told me I had to wait until 10:30 for the storefront to open. Luckily it was incorrect on the timing and I only had to wait half an hour until 10.

I reserved the truck several weeks in advance for 8:30 am pickup. Only the day prior to pickup did Stuff N Store contact me saying they don't open until 10am. I was a real inconvenience trying to contact Stuff N Store to get the code for the Key Lock Box.

Pick up location was switched last minute when I requested a specific location closer to where I needed to be. Transport the trailers to the correct location when there are reservations ahead of time.

Arrived at 4 pm. It was closed. Hours said it closed at 4:30 pm. I had to walk to the back of the store to meet a random guy who said he worked for the store ( i had no idea if he did). Gave him the keys and that was it. Didn't have to sign any paperwork. Was shady and sketchy.

The app was being a bit difficult to use. Not sure if it was tha app or my phone but it kept crashing. I couldnt pickup or drop of the truck. The person at the location was very helpful. He did all the check in and return for me.

Make sure the "passcode" that allows you to access the key to the equipment is accurate. The passcode I was given through the online portal was Dane while the lockbox required a number configuration.

Elliott at this location went above and beyond to help me find a truck for the weekend. I tried calling other U-haul's in the area and all said they didn't have a truck available. Elliott asked to give him time to look around the area and he'd call me back. He called within 5 minutes and said he found one and would have it at his location at the time we needed. He e-mailed me the contract and took care of everything else. What a pleasure working with someone who cares about his customers.

Online experience didn't work, couldn't get past step 1 of 8, unclear what identification was necessary, but crew had all my information when I first ordered it, they left truck ready for me to take, returned it no problem, got the job done. Overall great, but self-pickup via online could be a little simpler/user-friendly. Thanks, would still recommend to others:)

Truck was not cleaned. We were given a phone number to call if we had trouble picking up the truck at night and they never answered nor did they call back. It was a truly terrible experience and I will not rent from you as long as this location is affiliated with you.

I had made a reservation for a one-way rental for July 2 from Madison to Minneapolis for an 8am pickup. I made the arrangements in the office. When I arrived, the office was closed. The truck which was supposed to be available for a one-way rental was not available. Ultimately, I was told that the truck that I rented needed to be returned to Madison, doubling my mileage, doubling my gas usage, and nearly doubling my cost. I was never notified that I'd need to go to a different location for a truck or that the truck I'd agreed to rent would not be available. I was on a time constraint so did not have time to make alternate arrangements on the morning of my move. Poor communication after which my moving costs were doubled.

I had ordered moving equipment, including furniture pads, a regular dolly, and a furniture dolly, none of which were present when I picked up my truck. I had to sit on hold for 10 minutes to talk to someone to get the charges for the missing equipment taken off my bill. Also, the instructions for picking up your equipment are not clear. The instructions to pick up the truck didn't show up until the day of the pickup, and I almost missed the fact that I had to go through the whole process because I wasn't told I had to do so. The only reason I checked the UHaul website that day was because my equipment was missing. There should be instructions stating that on the day of your move, you have to go into your account and follow the directions to pick up the truck.

Internet with my Verizon cell phone did not work at this location so the online self-service was not accessable. I realize this isn't the locations fault. However, both online and at the location, Saturday hours were posted, with an opening time of 10:00AM. Nobody showed up, nobody answered the phone. THIS was really frustrating. I eventually was able to get in touch with a U-Haul Customer Service Rep and was able to complete my check-in.

Due to traffic with the expressway closing, we dropped off after hours. the location was easy to find and well lit.

Things were unorganized and mistakes were made between invoice and keys given out, ultimately things were resolved, however, better organization would help in the future to avoid the potential of overcharging customers. Also, sales person was unable to process an in-town rental to help save money despite my online quote, calculations, and past experience with Uhaul.

The couple that was running the storage company didn't handle many U-haul drop offs because they are a very small U-haul dealer, but nevertheless they were so completely professional and friendly. We were stranded an extra day because of weather conditions that shut down the interstate we were traveling, and they made sure that we were not charged any extra for delays beyond our control. I would recommend them to anyone-even before the Hollywood location. If they don't know something they will take time to figure out what to do to take care of their customer and that is superior customer service!

The truck was HORRIBLE, there seemed to be no shock or suspension system and the steering wheel had to be held with both hands in a death grip to keep the truck under control. The slightest bump and uneven surface jarred the truck, it's contents and drivers. It was miserable for 18 hours to drive that truck.

I ordered a truck, 6 x 12 trailer and dolly. I got 5 x 10 trailer and had to wait hour for dolly because not on truck. Also the pick up location kept having to redo paper work because didnt know how to do it. I had booked online and still there almost 2 hours which wasted loading time for me and cost me extra day. They also couldnt get company credit card to confirm so we used personal one. They said wont charge till get there to drop off so use company card then. They charged our personal card. Company was paying for this move since was a promotion that required relocation. Was all around the worst experience! Never use again and our company has national account with uhaul. They know about all the issues we had with them also! Cpntacted them about credited our card and using company one, they said couldnt help with our pay issue, no concern from them. I worked in banking so know that isnt true, they just ddnt know how.
