Trouble with the reservation, which was done online. The whole thing had to be redone by the people at the time of pickup. So, not a problem with the pickup location, but with the website.David D.
I was harassed not once by twice by Uhaul employees as they tried to change the contract/drop off locations. I was disrespected and laughed at. They basically told me that the drop off spot didnt exist and wanted me to do their job of returning the uhaul from lemars, Iowa to sioux city, Iowa. I read the contract to them and was told I was making it up and I was laughed at. I plan on letting everyone I know know about this type of treatment.Matt F.
This lady was very unprofessional !! Worst experience ever. She tried to tell us we dropped the UHaul off at the wrong place and then we had to call Joe in Lincoln to convince her and tell her what to do. First thing she said to us was what was your last name ??? Marr I hope your not related to John Marr he is a crook .... Seriously that is how you handle a customer?? The lady at the desk was late to open the store and then said she hardly ever does U-Haul rentals. It took her over an hour to get the transaction completed and I, the customer, had to complete the transaction on her computer because she couldn't figure it out. I want a credit as I use U-Haul many times!Alan B.

The location is only open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Renting & returning vehicle seemed like a drawn out process. I sent 2 different drivers to this location (for pickup & return) and have received negative feedback both times mainly due to the hours of service. The representative was professional and provided good customer service to my drivers.Lisa M.

Nothing. The rep had never done a Uhaul rental so it took longer because she was walked thru over the phone so I did not rate excellent, however-- the rep was kind compassionate (I am disabled) understanding of my needs and had a great sense of humor and full of life so I feel she more than made up for not knowing how to rent out the U haul. Plus, she double checked everything on the truck and completed my transaction as planned the following business days accurately. So I am very pleased. :) However I am not pleased with the original location of 32nd Harney where I reserved a truck 5 days in advance with my CC and was unable to rent it. It increased my mileage costs by 25 miles and gas by $15 = $80 since I had to go to another Uhaul location alot further away and the 32 Harney location was only 6 miles + gas = $30 only. So not happy overall because my costs was increased by $50.Kennetta W.

We attempted to pick up the rental at the Dollar rental facility near the Omaha airport. None of the employees knew how to process a U-Haul rental, they were very unprofessional, and altogether unhelpful. The rental was transferred to Strong Box Airport Mini Storage. We were able to get the truck from this location, but only after waiting on the Dollar rental staff to drive the truck over from their facility.ALAN H.

Employee was very rude. Made several extremely inappropriate comments. Yelled at our dog. Items that were reserved were not available, had reserved a furniture dolly that was not there and 30 moving blankets that were not available. tires on the original truck that was given us were bald. When we asked for a different vehicle we were told the employee did not know how to do that. A decorative tree fell twice hitting me both times, neither time was an apology offered or check to see if I had been injured, After hanging up on a phone call the comment was made that "at least it could have been heavy breathing". I would never recommend this company to anyone.Doris S.

U Haul was very unorganized and none of the people renting out the equipment knew what they were doing or talking about. This company had the absolute worst customer service and U Haul is a big ass rip off.carina T.
The location was great, but customer service prior to scheduling to this location was terrible. The rep on the line assured me that I had a 10 foot truck and the location was 18 miles from airport. I check and that location did not have any 10 foot trucks. She first confirmed I had a 14 foot truck and when I said I didn't want a 14 ft truck and scheduled a 10ft truck she then said yes, I would be getting a 10 foot truck. I called that location and they said no, i was getting a 14 ft truck. I had to call again and rescudule and find a new location.KENDRA S.

My only concern was the age of the trailer, while well maintained, I did have an issue with the coupler binding up, and the trailer was visibly old with rusty ramps, deck and chains.Mark S.

Make sure you verify your reservation before goin to this location to get a uhaul truck. but even though the truck i had reserved online wasnt there the lady at the desk was able to get me a different one. However I didnt recieve the 50$ garenteed by Uhaul if your reservation isnt where its supposed to be. so im upset about that one too.LACEY R.
The back of the truck had not been swept out and there was still trash from the previous renter in the cab. Also due to the business owner's smoking habit I left smelling like I had just been in a bar.Thomas B.
