PU location had computer problems. Staff person was very polite n kind. But no options to purchase items if needed.

Melody QIt took me 1 hr to puck up the truck due to technical issues. The truck had a full tank of gas and had it when I dropped it off and I was still charged for gas. I took a picture for proof just incase because after dealing with the issues with this rental I didn't trust dropping it off. I was correct in that. I tired for 2 days before picking up my rental to straighten out why my reservation wouldn't show in the ap and all I got told was I would have to deal with it when I picked up. I did just that. Terrible customer service and than the nerve to charge me for gas and not even give me any kind of a break after dealing with getring no help and holding up my moving progress. We are a family dealing with the loss of loved one and that's why we needed the truck only to deal with your company. Your company will have to be my only choice to ever deal with it again.

dave wAgent wasn't friendly ot personable. Cab and cargo area were filthy. Cab smelled really bad.

Craig Toverall it was a perfect experience I was just a little confused on location to pick up uhaul but I just called uhaul that day and and a friendly employee helped me out and I was off on my way no problems what so ever! so thanks so much !

Leslie WMy order was for a closer location. Was moved 3times no appliance dollie in truck. Return truck same day and was charged for 3 days.which was fixed later. App wasn't working on return of truck so not as smooth as of would like.
John PSo I wasn’t even supposed to pick up my rental truck from this place. I made a reservation at a different location and when I arrived to pick up my rental there, they told me they didn’t have any trucks available. I was confused because I went 2 days before my reservation to confirm they would have my truck but they didn’t have it on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I had to wait about 15 min for them to look for a place they had a truck available for me to use. That’s when they told me to go to Arizona Veteran security LLC. I purposely chose to pick up my rental at my original reservation because I couldn’t go very far walking, but now I had to get an Uber to get to the next place just for the second place to be CLOSED even though they were supposed to be open. I don’t know why I wasn’t sent there without them confirming the place was open and had the truck available. I ended up calling customer service and trying to figure out what I needed to do to get this truck. I finally get a hold of a U-haul rep. that helped get the truck through my mobile phone. My reservation was at 9 and I didn’t get a truck till 10:45. Worst experience and bad customer service at the first location. There address is 8746 W Bell Rd Peoria, AZ 85382 United States Hopefully something is done to compensate me for losing time and not being professional towards me
