small slope area for trailers made it difficult to unhook. Great service though

JOEFSON RIt would be nice if you could sell ball hitches or have tools on hand that fit various hitches to assist customers who have the wrong hitch size. Please don't charge $20 to return the trailers outside of business hours.

Dennis HFix the app. Android location does not work. The pickup store was closed. App did not work. I had to use chat, which did not help. Ending up calling customer support. Took 45 minutes to obtain the key from the lock box. Also could not check out when I returned. The counter person had to check me out.

David DThe biggest issue is that I locked my cell phone in the truck when I returned it to the location on a holiday. I called the customer service center and they indicated there was no way for me to get my phone out of the locked truck until the day following the holiday. There was no emergency contact of any kind to try to contact for assistance. I think this is an oversight on U-Haul's part. While I don't expect the individual to get the phone immediately, I would think there would be an emergency contact for situations like this.

Betty GGreat customer service but Uhaul needs to improve their computer system to help their local representatives. I did my check-in online which is very slow especially when trying to upload my license for example. But at the Uhaul store they had computer issues with the software taking too long to complete my equipment pickup.
Russell FIn an attempt to check out an auto-transporter, the clerk was unable to get the system to allow my type of vehicle to haul a personal vehicle. (Thursday) Due to this error, we told her not to worry about it and we would book online and come back the next day to pick up if it was still available. (Friday) I made the reservation online and prechecked in, my only issue was the links sent for uploading my DL failed. This location seems to only employ one person. The clerk was too busy to service me so I called the 800# and the agent sent me a new link. Same issue. Finally, the clerk had time for me and we were able to get the trailer and have it back well within the 4-hour time frame we reserved it for. The clerk was very descriptive of where she wanted it parked, wanted to make sure we would have it back in time b/c she had a 10am reservation. The door was locked upon our return. The clerk came out and finally confirmed the return. Overall I completed my mission, however it took much more effort and frustration than necessary. I understand people get busy and errors in the system happen, however I can't help but feel as though I was being ignored and made to jump through hoops ALL for a measly $68 for a trailer for LESS than 4-HOURS. DARE, I mention I'm a person WITH pigmentation living in MOORE COUNTY, NC. 樂
