No one was there during their self proclaimed and posted business hours. I called the number and got zero help. Super unreliable. If given the choice again I will never rent from U-Haul again. Also, there was a random $20 fee that I had to pay for without warning.Connor L.
Make sure U-haul is street safe and does not have Maintenance issues. Ex: wiper blades, head lights, brakes and emergency break beeping. No washer fluid. Out of alignment. Self storage is a good place but the truck was pathetic.Marnie M.

I originally was to pickup my reserved U-hail truck in Carthage. When I arrived I was told at the Carthage location that they did not have trucks. Fortunately the lady there called U-Haul and found me a truck in Vass. uHaul was supposed to call me to let me know that the truck pickup had changed. Better communication from UHaul would be an improvement.Gregory S.

The pick up location ad well as the dropoff location did not do any servicing/maintenance. The tires on the trailer I rented were more than worn and there was no alternative since it was the only 12' trailer within 40mi. The location had other trailers with better tires but no tools to switch tires. The attitude was "take it or leave it".PETER K.

Check in procedure, via the app was a non-starter. Reached a point where it just would not continue. Had to go into the office to complete. Christy (sp?) was great, got it expedited on a few minutes. Dropoff was much smoother. Overall average to slightly above.Thomas L.

My transaction went very smooth. I had been on the phone with Marissa previously a couple of times before I actually reserved the uhaul and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. There was a uhaul right around the corner from where I stayed but I chose to travel a few extra miles because of the vip treatment I received. I stopped by one day sand Norm showed me the inside of the uhaul so I would know how much space I needed. Dan closed the deal for me when I came to pick up the uhaul. Because of the teamwork and the excellent service I received I would definitely recommend this location. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Cheryl S.

The online check in experience is horrible. We waiting nearly 30min filling out and providing information that could have been done prior to arriving. This resulted in us standing outside while it was rather chilly unsure if each step was going to take 1min or 10min. 30min later we were given the code. uhaul should pre-approve people who opt to provide license photos, pictures and alternate contacts ahead of time. That would have made the checkin experience MUCH better and a 5min ordeal instead of the 30min it took us.michael M.

I wanted a smaller truck but was given a bigger truck for the smaller truck price. However I was doing a one way and was not told that it would cost the more expensive price if I kept it an extra day and a 2 day truck rental ended up costing me 150$ total. I am so upset about this. Never again will I do a one way local. And I will make sure I know what all charges will be.Christina O.

I've been seeing this store a while. Even before the new people took over they were great. Easy to get into and out of even with a long RV. Making that U turn may require a small trip to get to the turn around large enough to make it safely. (Truck turn around is not to far (lees than a mile each way)THOMAS K.
Actually the ad is very misleading and I would NEVER Do it again. I had already made plans and was committed. Actually to do I SHOULD BE COMMITTED!! You are charging for the day which is fine! You are charging for the miles at a very high rate that is not even consistent with what the IRS allows and then ON TOP OF THAT WE PAY FOR THE GAS. That is a DOUBLE DIP. You are cheating the public. You should either charge for the miles or the gas but not both! It does not matter what you say or do! You will not miss me and I will DEFINITELY NOT MISS YOU! James L. The truck was not cleaned out, AC did not work and transmission light on when started the truck. They switched out the truck for us. I ordered a 15 foot truck and was switched to a 20 foot one day before we picked it up. they also switched my pick up location. Then when dropped it off the zip code on delivery address was wrong and had trouble finding the location.James H.
