The Uhaul van had a flat tire and the gas tank wasn't completely full even though it was supposed to be.

Make sure all lights are working. Also would be a great idea to have the equipment where it's supposed to be for pickup had lost a day plus 240 dollars in fuel just to pick up the trailer.

No. I would not recommend either the t pick up point or drop off point. The pick up point, the unit was inclean and in swept with garbage and empty bottles in the cab of the unit. They marked the fuel at being a 1/4 tank when in fact it was 1/8 of a tank. I have to put over $290 in just to fill it at the beginning of our trip. (Such a piss off). Drop off point, twice I received phone calls from the staff. And all I can say is they are consistent with their horrible reviews. Rude and no care what so ever about anything. We were given till 10 am to return the unit on Thursday morning due to a flat tire. I returned it Wednesday night with 1/8 of a tank. I was charged for an additional day as we ass $18 of fuel and a refill service of $30 which I find disgusting as they will not even fuel it up. They will just send it out like that to the next person. ( I would consider that theft(billing for a service you don’t actually follow through with). And all because the pick up point could properly fill out paper work and correctly mark the fuel level. Over all a terrible experience. Not that I expect this to be read by anyone or even sorted out.

The trailer marker light did not work and the passenger side rear break was set to tight and over heated. I had to track down the U-Haul mechanic because the 1800 go haul could not locate a mechanic to fix the trailer. Total time delayed was 8 hours and cost me a days travel
