DAVID HEINZThe location assigned was incorrect. We had written email that said we would have a van about ten minutes from our home, but the young man had no record and it was not there.....we ended up driving a couple of hours to get our assigned trailer. We had people waiting to help us load but is was seven hours before we got back to the house. We had to load on Monday morning just prior to my son picking us up. It made for a hard start to our trip..
Rae spenceThe gas was not at 3/8 of a tank when I picked the truck up. It was wrong on the paper, but I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back. I did take a picture of the milage and gas level when I noticed it about 5 minutes into my trip. I also took a picture of the milage and gas level when I dropped the truck off. I was charged almost 40 dollars for the extra fuel that they said I owed. I would be happy to email the pictures, so my refund can be done. I am expecting that you can make this happen. Thank you.

ANTHONY FISHERReservations were made in advance. Trailer was in front of business, ready to be picked up. "Jeff" your representative was professional and very helpful. He even stopped by the business we picked up our equipment to load it in the trailer. He was concerned it might slide, after putting into the trailer. He left came back (in minutes) with towels and tie-downs. Exceptional service and a great guy. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs to rent a truck or trailer. Lastly, weather was terrible, power was out, snow on the ground. He could have had a dozen reasons not to provide service or help. I have "NEVER" taken time to give a compliment to a business like this! Thank you, Jim Chrietzberg

PAMELA LOWRYUnrelated to the location, but the customer service I received was absolutely pathetic. I was on the phone for nearly a half-hour before somebody finally answered. She started to help me, but took her time, then put me on hold inexplicably. After another 20 minutes, another lady answered and solved my issue immediately. Props to her, but the competence among the customer service staff seems wildly inconsistent. I will never use U-Haul again if I can help it.

James OwenThe truck was clean and though it needed gas - it was at 1/4 tank - ready, otherwise to go. What was problematic, though not their fault, they can only rent what they have - is that I had to drive across the country in a truck with no cruise control. That freaking sucked. Also, over a certain speed, the truck made a horrible noise on the passenger side, like the sound of a balloon being slowly deflated. Try driving 3400 miles listening to that. ******* terrible. The location we picked this up was great. They were great. The ruck, as much as it was in their control to get ready - was ready. Tires inflated and checked, windows washed. This was just a junky truck that was noisy and had no cruise control.

Wong size truck, worn location (twice) , had to drive 80 miles round trip to pick it up, never could get 24/7 online checkin to work (local owner finally showed up luckily), waited on hold for 45 minutes to seal to rep that only answered one question and passed me to another rep. Scary experience for the money.

Derold Jensenget more experience with the Uhaul business. The man (Jeff) is somewhat new to the business. Once he gets familiar with the computer end of the business, Im sure he will be a 5 star location. Type of guy that is good for business. I would recommend this location for Uhaul rental to most anyone.
