valerie plattInitially, tried to rent a van via the U-Haul website. The website was very difficult to use. I eventually gave up and called the rental location directly. The gentleman who assisted me was great and made the rental process easy and fast. In the future, will call the rental stores directly.
Mark RobertsonYour mobile app is terrible. Its vey hard to see on a phone what you are selecting. Somehow i signed up for another $30 in sevices that i didnt want because of your app. The entire process was so frustratung i nearly left the facility and went elsewhere.

Justis JonesThe passenger side bottom wooden rail was partially broken and not usable to tie to. Although the truck drove straight the steering wheel hub was oriented at the 10 oclock, 4 oclock position instead of 9 and 3 which made steering a little awkward. Engine light came on and stayed on halfway through trip. Tried calling customer service but was on extended hold too long and didn't want to kill my cell phone battery.

kathy owensThe wiring for trailer lights did not work. We had to have another car drive behind us because the trailer lights did not work. I asked the woman where I rented it from if everything for towing worked because I had to tow my trailer with it. It was the only reason I rented it. I had to find someone to follow me. So not only did I have to pay for the rental I had to pay for someone to follow me plus gas for them. I’m very disappointed in the truck. When I returned the truck I showed the agent with a tester that the towing lights did not work. I would like to see some of my money refunded. David SchaarThe phone app is absolute garbage. I had five bars 4G and it kept failing to load pages. The return also failed. Very frustrating. THEN, when checking in there was a section that would not allow me to move forward unless I provided a person to be contacted, a passport, a copy of my lease. I was AT the location, so the only thing I could choose was the number of a contact. I was warned that I wouldn't be able to proceed until the person had been called and my identity (?) verified. Fortunately, this wasn't the case. The person (my mother) never got a call, so I was able to get the truck.

John AndrewsStaff wonderful. However unable to help with picking up uhaul at all. They gave ys numbers to call because of the way uhual does things their hands were tied. The uhaul app was not working..:took 2 hours to pick up truck which should have taken 15 min. But NOT locations fault. Both employees were wonderful.
Douglas DraperNo one was in the office to rent vehicle which we did reserve on line. We waited 30 minutes for someone to show based upon a call that we made to the facilities mgmt. We finally left and called another UHAUL location in Venice , which did not have a vehicle for us but Sean advised us to call UHAULS regional mgmt for help. Regional mgmt was great and we were finally able to get the rental truck that we were depending on.

Stephen HugginsGreat staff and location. Truck worked out great. Only giving 4 stars and not 5 because we had reserved a hand dolly which was not available when we picked up the truck. This caused us to scramble at the last minute with neighbors to borrow one. Not a huge deal just a hassle.

David CracchioloThe truck had door dings and a missing front bumper part. The inside was filthy and sticky. Medications from prior renter were still in the car. I didn't complain because it was the only car available and I needed to get to my appointment.

Dean CrothersU-Haul as a company was a horrible experience for us with this move. This location was good and the agent was good, however, for all the inconvenience we experienced that day we were told we would only be charged 1/2 price for mileage by the agent who rented us the truck at this location but my card was charged for the full amount.
KERRY DOWThe truck was very dirty inside the cab and the back of the truck. If my items weren’t in boxes or wrapped up, they would have been damaged. It sounds like a wheel bearing is going out. Seatbelt didn’t work.

TULUI KNUTSONVery Dissastisfied about the process of booking my truck. I was told to go to a different address on Englewood through truck share . Had to wait at that facility with customer service for 45 minutes (there was a Uhaul truck at this property). I had my grandson with me and waiting in the heat. Finally, Customer Service told me that I was at the wrong location. When I get to CarQuest, I was told that they did not have a dolly and furniture coverings. Extremely unprofessional and certainly a major inconvenience because my movers where waiting for me at home and I did not have the truck for them to load. Need to check into the software of Uhaul customers renting trucks.
