The guy who I picked the truck up from had an extreme amount of attitude when I came to pick up the vehicle. I was supposed to pick up at 2 and the website was not working well bec of the low quality cell phone service so I had to reload the page. At 2:50 he showed up (per the door time hanger) and when I walked in and told him I was picking up he not only made me feel stupid (which I’m not considering I sell corporate cell phone plans to enterprises the size of Uhaul) but also made it seem like I was putting him out to do his job. No friendly, not even cordial.. will def review this a 0 on all platforms.

have more staff, I waited for over 30 minutes to pick up the truck and appliance dolly Thai reserve a week in advance, and there was no appliance dolly available and the side mirrors on the truck were not adjustable, we tried over and over to adjust them. Poor customer service, poor equipment.

My only complaint is they were out of appliance dollies by 9:00 AM. That forced me to have to drive to Home Depot to rent one and added about 1 hour to the project. This location needs more appliance dollies - they should not be out of them at 9:00 AM.

The back of truck, interior, was very dirty & sticky. The floor was a mess. We had to lay a sheet over the top of it to protect our feet from transferring the mess into our house.

Store agent was deceptive about the level of fuel in the truck before taking possession. Stated it was filled to 3/4 of tank. Wanted me to sign document before looking at actual fuel and mileage. I said I’d like to check myself before signing. After checking I found fuel to be almost a full 1/8 lower from the 3/4 mark. Store agent tried to argue with me when I found it to be lower than what was stated. I found this very upsetting and off putting.

I made this rental reservation online and then called the location to change the pick up time. The person I spoke with on the phone said the location opened on Sundays at 9:00am which is the time I wanted to pick up the truck. My husband arrived at 9:00am and the hours posted said the location opened at 10:00am. I called the 800# and spoke with someone in customer support who also confirmed the time the location opened. My husband went back at 10:00am and there were 6 people ahead of him and 1 VERY SLOW person working the counter. The person at one point left a line of people to show someone a storage unit!! What in the world!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!! They also did not have the size of truck we rented which was 15 foot. They did give us a 20 foot truck which made up for that issue. You should probably have employees know the hours of the business so customers are not showing up at the wrong time!!! This also delayed our move for the day and the inconvenienced the support we had for the move because of an 1 1/2 hour delay with your location.

Trying to rip me off on fuel. I'm smart enough that I took a picture of the gas gauge and odometer at the beginning of the trip and at the end to prove the gas levels. I'm still trying to get them to respond to my request for repayment 4 days later. This place is crooked. I did provide the pic in my email.

I had selected to reserve an appliance dolly with the pick up truck. It was not until I went to check in for my reservation that I was informed that the location didn’t have any. It would have been really great to know ahead of time, as I was moving large appliances and really needed a dolly. I should have been informed ahead of time so that I could make other arrangements. They didn’t even have any tie downs either. Thankfully I was able to make it work, but I honestly was not very happy about it.

- Store opened late, and I had a 9am pickup scheduled. - Ordered and paid for a dolly, then staff told me they didn’t have a dolly. Still waiting to see that refunded. - Truck needs serviced because the key won’t turn without a lot of steering wheel manipulation.

The process of picking up this rental took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I had a reservation on a corporate account. The credit card information on file with the account had an issue with the zip code. The agent at the rental location could not change the payment method. On multiple occasions when we called uhaul corporate the agents would not help and directed the agent at the store to use the online chat which was very slow and unresponsive. After an hour I was able to convince the store agent to cancel the corprate reservation and make a new personal reservation which I paid for on my personal credit card. All corprate agents I talked to on the phone after the rental was picked up assured me that the error in the billing zip code should not have caused problems. Our bank confirmed the were declining the charges because a incorrect zip code was sent when processed so the charge was declined as fraud.

First I’d like to say I booked the U-Haul , located the actual location I was renting from to confirm my reservation. I get there, it is so strong of pot , I’m told “they don’t have an appliance dolly other one line and the person I spoke to at that particular location confirmed my entire reservation, and needed it. I for the first time used your extended service of movers. I chose one ( price seemed okay however your hourly time was way off based on what I needed) they seemed fine at first. They ( 2 show) and very long story short, one ( he was “ helping” the owner which the owner was a real case!) was yelling outside, walked off at one point, and after what should have been a few; at most hours, ended up being 5 instead of 2 which ask for cash. They ( owner being bipolar or?) broke several items only due to his/their harsh moving of expensive furniture! They broke : Chest of drawers leg A drawer on a Restoration Hardware office desk due to forcing, complaining it would never fit . The desk was in this office 3 years ago! And made me very uncomfortable due to his yelling in my front yard!! I’m needing; and will be speaking with U-Haul as to what type of insurance and/or guarantee due to this?! Horrible experience, and would not only NOT! Recommend U-Haul “movers” but to layer this, lack of communication as to what a location has or does not have, and it not being accurate on “your” site. Problem was not so much the location but the communication and tech support from Uhaul.com. I received a text the afternoon before moving saying that I could pick up my truck at 7:30 AM (from a location different then the one I requested). No where in the text message did it say you have to go through online/truck share to pick up the truck. My recommendation is that you need to make it crystal clear in the text that you must go through Online/truck share. I get to the location the next morning at 7:30, the office was closed, so I called tech support. It then took an hour and 25 minutes to resolve. First problem was that it would not let me create an account. After 30 minutes we were finally able to create an account. Second issue was that the order UI had was not a online/truck share so I could not get the code the key lock box. It took almost an hour for support to get the order switched to an online order. I finally got to my apartment at 10AM. However, the movers had to leave for another appointment. I had to reschedule them for later in the day. They were Bizzy Bee movers and they were great.

I have used U-Haul many times in the past but this has been the worst moving experience I have ever had due to U-Haul. I reserved a 26 foot truck over a week ago at the Centennial location. I not only was never informed that a 26 foot truck would not be available to me but apparently the Centennial location never has a 26 foot truck. This caused a great deal of added stress and cost to an elderly lady who I was helping move I knew already that because I was helping an elderly lady move and it would be difficult I specifically planned ahead of time. How in good conscience can you except my money without providing me with what I reserved? Not only that but it wasn’t because something just happened but apparently a 26 foot truck is never available at that location. provide me with the truck I reserved not was I informed that the location. To make matters go from bad to worse your customer service representative over at the Centennial location, the female with dark hair and a piercing on her upper lip has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and is completely rude and unprofessional. I’m very dissatisfied and will probably not ever use uhaul again.

1. Clean the damn truck. It hadn’t been swept and there was moving blankets thrown everywhere and stuff in there from previous renters. 2. When you guarantee equipment then have the equipment! And yes I verified with your corporate that the guarantee DOES cover all guaranteed equipment not just the truck. You didn’t have the utility dollies we asked for and didn’t bother telling us in advance and didn’t bother making good on it. 3. You charged us anyway for the utility dolly you couldn’t provide us! WTH? Bad customer service. Won’t be using you again.

I did the supposed easy check in via the mobile app in the am to secure a 1pm time slot. They were unable to verify my mobile check in after payment was already accepted through the mobile app. There was no one available at the office to attempt to remedy the situation. When attempting to call the 24/7 I haul help line they hung up on me. At that point I was forced to wait to get the uhaul a full hour and 15 min after my reservation. When speaking to the manager on duty they were unapologetic, dismissive, and stated they were on their lunch break. Why take reservations at delegated times if not present? When I returned with the vehicle he once again was not at the office despite being within office hours. This was the worst customer service I have received in years.

The service from Storquest Centennial and the 15' truck were great! Loved the 24/7 access for early pickup! It was very convenient. My only suggestion is with Uhaul.com website. When I originally made my reservation it was for the 10ft moving truck. I didn't realize it did not have a ramp My suggestion would be to state this in the general description. You have to click a separate link under truck features to learn that there is not a ramp. I just assumed all moving trucks had ramps. But the great service at Storquest Centennial fixed my issue, got me the 15ft truck and refunded payment for the 10ft truck. I would definatly rent another UHaul from this location!!
