The milage to/from allotted has been wrong for both of my recent rentals. I drove directly home, directly to the new home and directly to the drop-off (getting gas) and both times I went over my mileage.

The rented cargo van was a new vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it so it was in good shape. However the previous renter had driven it through mud and the interior was full of mud and filthy. There is a sign in the cargo hold interior stating that it must be returned in clean condition or a $25 fee will be assessed. Either the rental staff didn't check or didn't care, but if they didn't asses the fee they should have and they certainly should have cleaned it.

Office closed when we turned trailer in before 5:00PM Sign on door said return in 15min. There was also a ph # on sign. Called & agent said to drop it off. We dropped it off & left. No problems

I'm awful with names... she is an unbelievable customer service employee that went out of her way to make this move less stressful and what a great asset to your company. SHE WAS PHENOMENAL!! You guys are lucky to have an employee like her.

We went to one UHaul location to rent two trucks. Because only one was available, we had to return the next day, which is fine, to pick up the second one. This is one job (moving our home furninshings, etc) done with family members -- with two trucks. But because we had two trucks or two days to pick up, we had two contracts. The second contract had a drop off location. The first one had a number to call. I am upset about $20 that we had to pay because we dropped off both trucks at the location on the second contract. [UHaul called my wife but the phone was mistakenly disconnected. We ordered the disconnect for the 20th and they did it early for some reason.] $20 is a small amount considering, but it comes off as a petty charge that it leaves me with a bad impression of U-Haul.

All aspects of the experience were great. The parking lot is tight for hooking up trailers if cars are parked in spot across from front of trailer you're getting. All in all; great equipment, great prices, and great employees.

Better customer service. Uhaul personal had the nerves to tell me to read the instructions. I had no idea on how to place my vehicle on the a trailer and this was his response. Really...seems like he was so eager to go back inside and tend to his cell phone. I felt embarrassed by the service I was receiving. Very poor, please make sure this store location hires people with customer service skills instead of certified cell phone users.

I tried to get a truck from this location &they did not have any the day of my move so I was referred to Absolute storage in Stockbridge . the person did not return the truck in time so I was told to call this number4047670431, which I was told traffic. the first person I spoke to was really rude on the phone it was a black lady and she hung up in my face I reported it to mr. Flossi ,a supervisor & I'm hoping that he rectified it becauseshe was nasty on the phone

I had a horrible experience with Uhual. I made a reservation at a particular location in Jonesboro, only to be told that they didn’t have any trucks the morning I arrived. The Uhual rep. made a reservation for me at a location almost 10 more miles away from my original location chosen. She also reserved me for a truck that was much larger than I needed. Therefore I ended up paying more money than I needed to on the truck itself and the mileage. I also had to wait 8 hrs later to pick up the truck. Uhual the company was horrible.

The truck cab smelled like cigarettes. The inside of the windshield was hazy enough that after loading I stopped at a gas station to clean the inside of the window. The passenger side mirror was fixed in position and could not be tilted inward (or outward) - a safety issue that needs to be repaired before sending that vehicle out on the road again. The outside of the windshield had some kind of grease or oil on it that could not be cleaned off despite attempts with the window cleaners at 2 gas stations. The steering wheel was cocked to the side, such that the truck felt like it was in a perpetual left turn. We ordered 24 blankets - we received 4 bags of blankets. Three bags had 6 blankets in them and one bag had 5 blankets.
