I was never made aware that the location was ONLY a pickup location so I wasted even more time trying to figure things out once I got there since NO ONE was physically there. And the equipment I needed was not in the truck which made it more difficult. Especially, since I had to go out of my way about 35 miles to get the truck that I had reserved!

The representative in Ludowici Ga lied about charges. Everything is over the phone and online no in person customer service. I was charged 378.78 for my uhaul rental. When I picked up the truck couldn't find keys I had to call the number listed again the woman seemed irritated because I had to call back she gave the phone to a man who helped locate the keys under the seat. He then charged me an additional 59.92. I asked why am I being charged an additional fee he stated its not a fee it is a deposit and you will get it back when you return the truck. When I returned the truck I was charged an additional $20.98 for going over on mileage which I accept. I asked the gentleman about the 59.92 hold he said the 20.98 will actually come from the hold and I should receive the remaining balance to my bank account it's not a charge. Which did not happen.Now I have received a charge for toll violations of 6.52 which I accept. I called the same Homestead location to see about deducting the toll from my deposit and receiving my deposit now I'm being told the 59.92 hold was a charge and I do not receive it back. This has been a terrible experience. When I called it said your calls are monitored for quality assurance I would like to request you guys pull the tape from Ludowici Ga around 2:30-3pm and you will hear the rep state it is not a charge but a hold and I would like my monies back on my account. Your rep lied and this is very misleading especially because you had my card on file and you just charged it prior to telling me what for and then lied and said its a deposit. I would like my deposit back. Of 59.92 minus the toll charges of 6.52. And I would like a call or email letting me know when this will be taken care of. Your representatives tepresent Uhaul it's not ok to take someones money and lie and tell them they will get it back. Thank you

excellent service truck was very clean and in order also customer service at the store were excellent we will use them again outstanding
