I was extremely upset that what I requested online want what I got. I requested a truck pads and appliance dolly. This location and the other with the roads didn't have pads which I had to pay additional milage for to go buy and I've location didn't have all the equipment or the UHAUL rep who called me FRIDAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICK UP TO CHANGE THE LOCATION. I FEEL CHEATED AND WAS FORCED TO PAY MORE THAN I SHOULD'VE. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. THE CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER SHOW CHECK WITH IT'S LOCAL STORES TO SEE WHAT PRODUCTS THEY HAVE.

The pickup location was awesome! U haul needs to work on making it easy for customers. If reserved in advance there should be some support to meet the reservation or at least offer an incentive in credit for additional cost to incure due to pickup at another location.

This was the desiganted drop off location that I was given at the time of the pick up transaction .(for one way). It was super convenient. The office was closed when I arrived at 5:30pm yesterday. We dropped off.the key in the night slot in the door.

provide instructions on how to adjust the side view mirrors, could not locate info in owners manual. even better, have electric adjustable mirrors - promotes safety!

We have rented the same truck for 3 weekends in a row and the service and people are great.

We have rented the 10' truck from Store More the last 2 weekends and everything was very smooth. The truck was clean and the staff are very nice and easy to deal with. Happy with our service.

They completely messed my order up. When I returned the truck they said I was issued a different truck then I returned. I returned it with over half a tank and a couple days later they sent me an email saying I owed 90 more dollars for fuel because the truck was only 1/8ths full. They clearly don't know what they are doing and I will never rent from Uhaul again.

I turned the appliance dolly In at Horizon food.store and they never credited me for returning it. I am still getting billed for this. I have made several calls. And no return call from uhaul.

Uhaul does an immediate debit to my account for the deposit but does not do an immediate credit for the refund. This is very inconvenient when moving and cash on hand is limited!
