Twice we rented a truck with a dolly and never received one. Twice I was charged for a dolly I didn't receive. The building seems to offer safety concerns. Pipes stuck out into the walkway and the elevator door would close onto you or a second after opening. Go elsewhere if possible, preferably not U-HaulAARON C.

This trip, it doesn't seem like the truck was cleaned. Due to the fact that there was a whole sheet(blanket) in the back of the truck when I took the lock off the door.. Guessing the truck was never looked at after the previous return; Most likely, never even sanitized or wiped down in the cabin either.. Covid Season!!! Just Sayin..Mister M.
At first charged 100 then went up to 200 days after even though I said didn't agree with charges. Truck was filthy the milage was inking didn't add up then they charged me over $100 saying I put over 100 miles on truck when I used around 30. I disputed and it went back and charged me more. Place was closed when we went to pickup the truck. Tried to use the remote access. Verification did not come through after two attempts in the sun and 106 degree temp. Called later from home to number given for after hours assistance, even though it was during normal business hours. Waited on hold more than an hour. Finally able to change reservation to next day. Picked up vehicle. Attendant was surly. Tried to call later to extend time on contract. Used number on contract for the location. 12 rings. No answer. Returned truck after not actually using it. Won't prorate miles. Terrible service overall.Susan W.

Find a way to make the lock box instructions more clear. The code pad has a button that you would think opens the door, however a small knob with a circular key hole has to be turned before the door would open. Caused confusion and time wasted for me. Online process was fairly good overall, but not easier than a person-to-person pickup. I did appreciate the extra 10 minutes for return due to traffic on the way back to drop off.Mark W.
Truck was filthy. Staff was not very friendly or helpful in knowledge of truck. Equipment was not available Took for ever to get uhaul after I booked it on line. Mileage was 2 miles off on truck then paperwork. And I added gas truck was full but was still charged for 2 gallonsGerrie H.

Agent at location was excellent at time of pick up and drop off. Customer service was excellent. Truck performance could be improved since it was apparent that the vehicle is wearing out after 130,000 plus miles. Transmission shift point were terrible and the vehicle had difficulty upshifting from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to third under moderate acceleration. Truck was excellent otherwise (clean, well maintained and good quality of transport area.Christopher H.

Replace the person on when I got the truck, he's not nice, and treated me like I was stupid, and the phone lines were always busy, I called from outside there office and never picked up when there was no one in side only him in his cell phone, truck was filthy window super nasty smell inside the worst, that's Te reason I returned a day early,and finished moving in my car, I'm super disappointed, waist of timeCuauhtemoc G.

I don't know if this was a glitch, but when I did the self-return on my mobile device, it did not tell me where to leave the U-Haul keys. I had to chat a U-Haul representative to figure out what to do. It took up a bunch of time.Gregg H.

The lady that was there was rude to just about everyone who came in the office to ask a question, office served as storage as well as U-Haul. The truck was VERY dirty, she didn't check it and I found moldy food in the back. Upon returning the truck, I had to push for a paper receipt with the proper charge and she made me wait outside in 105Â° while she looked at the truck 30 feet away.Jordan A.

The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful but the location does not have dollies which was very inconvenient and literally doubled the amount of time it took for my husband and I to move. It would be helpful if uhaul made mention of that on the website when checking out so that a person who really needs dollies can go to another location. I chose a location close to where I was moving from but it would have been better to pick up from Glendale and have gotten my 2 dollies.Deliana B.

U-haul telephone customer service. I had to call 3 times and was on the phone over 45 minutes each time and told my problems were resolved and I ended up having to go to the location to get it taken care of due to the incompetence of the telephone customer support. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 7 am and didn't get it until 1015 causing me to pay movers for 3 hours of nothing while we waited on the truckColin M.
