Tried to drop off after hours but mobile app would not load photos. Returned the next morning at 9:15 no one at the site. Advertised hours 9-2 M-S. Tried mobile app again and it worked. Thank goodness since no one at site.

The trailers could use a Jack to raise it up to connect it to the hitch. It was not easy to lift. It would be next to impossible for someone elderly.

The agents were very friendly and helpful. Made sure I was hooked up right and the lights worked. They were hard to find as their street sign is missing. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Not on U-haul, but there is no street sign for the road they are located on, and Google maps took me down the wrong the road altogether. The road is off Industrial rd. Very helpful and nice.

Truck needs maintenance on the front end of vehicle. Squeaking the hole way, popping in turns over all handling was awful.

It would be a nice when you make a reservation through central call center in enough time to get what you made it for. A 10 foot is not a 15 foot. It is not an upgrade...actually down grade as i have to pay extra for fuel and totally over kill to haul one piece of furniture. No issue with rental in lawrenceburg just central uhaul to get what one makes reservation for...i do not get reimbursed for the 8 additional gals of fuel.

I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. I was told if I made sure the truck had the same amount of gas in it as when I got it I would be okay. I was charged a fuel fee after topping the fuel off. I was also told I would be charged 40 cents per mile I went over. I ended up being charged 82 bucks on top of what it cost to rent the truck and the gas I put in.

It was not easy to locate as it is tucked within residential rural area. Uhaul General after hour Phone service was terrible. Could not connect to a life person as promised in the contract for help. Recording of advert was just playing on the line. Very annoying. The dolly I rented was not with the truck and I was charged for it. Uhaul Billing was confusing. Was charged at pick up and drop off which I don't understand. I think I was overcharged and plan to call uhaul later in the day. Instructions to pick up by phone was hectic and time consuming. Will never do after hours pick up again. Location was 25 Miles from my residence and not where I picked during my reservation.

We had to wait 30 minutes for an employee to show up and open the store. We had a 9am scheduled uhaul pick up, no one showed up till 9:30am, no one answered phone, etc. there was no real explanation or apology. This made us late for our trip- there was no effort to even rectify the situation.

I had parked my Uhaul behind another outside their gates and when I went to their office I was told to bring it inside as she couldn’t walk 10 feet to check the trucks mileage and gas. At that time I remembered that I had not filled the tank back up and asked where the nearest gas station would be and she said she didn’t know but I could just pay the difference. If I had realized I’d be charged $80 for 20 gallons of gas I would have just found a gas station. All around terrible experience.

The trailer was damaged upon receiving it. The tongue has been bent but i used the trailer and it dog tracked to the legt.

could not pickup truck, office was closed and we had no answer at phone numbers. finally after an hour wait was able to get truck after calling uhaul. truck was on empty at pickup but online showed a full tank!

The person supposed to check truck in for us wasn't there and we left the key with another person at location. Truck was checked but was considered late, we then were charged for 2 days for less than 24 hour possession of the truck. Lots of aggravation getting this mess straightened up.

Very confusing. Made reservationn weeks in advance, then with 24 hour confirmation did not have vehicle available at location reserved. Had to go to different location...girl at original location knew nothing. Too many phone calls, etc. to get correct information, location etc.during what is already a stressful time. Will consider other options than uhaul in the future...

I cannot think of anything you can do to improve. My experience was excellent. I had a bad experience earlier in the day with your location at a Valero Gas station and convenience on US 127 South in Frankfort, KY. Cancelled a rental in progress due to unanswered questions about the charges.

Friendly and helpful as soon as we pulled into the lot. They do need a sign at the end of the drive if allowed as a little difficult to find.Took care of all return paperwork with ease. Will use this location and recommend to friends.5 stars.

I live in Versailles, KY and ordered a 26' truck online on June 1 for a move within Versilles, KY on June 21. There are two Uhaul dealers in Versailles, KY. I was assigned a truck located in Lawrenceburg, KY becuase they did not reserve it in a timely manner. I found out a 26' truck was available in Versailles four days before my scheduled move of June 21. So I was not only inconvenienced but I had to pay the additional mileage to and from the Lawrenceburg location. When I returned the truck, the gate was locked and the office was closed. It took several calls to Uhaul before they could contact the person who worked there. She apologized for not giving me the code to open the gate. But It did not make up for the time and aggravation it caused me. I will never use Uhaul again and I will tell all my friends about this terrible experience.

My original pick up place was changed because at the last minute they did not have the truck I ordered. I had to drive 25 miles out of my way to this location. The folks there were very nice but the location was a great inconvenience to me.

My only concern is that the trailer wasn't on any type of jack/block so it was kinda difficult to get it attached to my vehicle. We had to physically pick it up and we were worried it was going to roll backwards because nothing was blocking the wheels to keep it from rolling. Luckily my husband was with me because I could not have done it alone. I will return to this location because I understand they had only just begun dealing with Uhaul and the lady helping us was very nice and pleasant.

call customer ahead of their arrival time to confirm or inform them of changes... we were contacted in route to our pick, that the truck was not there and the location had be changed. make pick up location more convenient to the customer. We had to travel 30 miles to get the truck. Customer rep was kind of rude. this pushed our move back a whole day, we had to pack the truck, and rush to clean the house the same day the utilities were being shut off. Very frustrating.
