Larry POne of the trailers that I rented had no working lights had to switch to another trailer that was the only issue. Other than that the employees of the store were great. They help me with the issues.

Warren RWill never use uhaul again. Truck broke down on me. Waited 3 hrs for a mechanic another hr for him to figure it out another hr to go get parts another 2 hrs while he fixed it. That whole time sitting next to a perfectly fine truck but wouldn't let me take it. Was promised a full refund and got half. Uhaul sucks and will never get any business from me

Tim SWhile the 15’ moving van was operational, it was not clean. Windshield was covered in bug splatter , cup holders had not been cleaned . When I went to pick up the van I was informed that there was no blankets or dolly’s available, not a complete deal breaker but really?. I had ordered the moving van 3 weeks prior! In summary, although I do appreciate the convenience of using this uhaul location I doubt that I will use them again. I would recommend uhaul to a friend but not this location.

Quality WThe first truck we were assigned doing the initial checks before leaving facility, found that the back lights on truck did not illuminate when headlights were turned on. When we brought to representative's attention, we were immediately given another truck.

Quality WYou seriously need improvement on the mobile uhaul stuff. It didn't work. Had the drop off locations address wrong. Took an hour to get it turned in and then we were charged for bring late so there's that. Renting a uhaul should not be so stressful or take up so much time.

We were not instructed where to pull through to pick up the van and was stuck behind a locked gate. However, that is not a deal breaker. I drove out of my way to use STORE It due to the reviews of the closet retailer their reviews for their business is sub par.
Tammy PImpossible to lift the tongue of trailer by yourself. Had to go get my own Jack to raise the trailer to hookup and then reverse the to in- hook. Need to provide a Jack of some sort!

WILLIE EOnline reservations are a bit confusing. Materials added automatically included 2 dollys and 5 dozen blankets. Did not need any of it but could only get it removed at dealer.
