When I arrived to turn in the truck the attendant told me "you are going to have to unhook the trailer and roll it into a spot and back in the truck. I informed her that I could not physically move that trailer on my own her response was "well I'm not going to". I called a friend to drive to the location to help me. She then went inside and got someone at the location to do it. After this she was pleasant--but not as a first impression at all.Pollyette M.

Sent my wife to pick up trailer. Wouldnt help her attach the trailer to the truck, too heavy. Said to bring husband to pick up after hours when he gets off work. Poor customer service.John B.

I just recently rented a truck, two weeks ago, for my beer festival, had it from early Friday morning and didn't drop it off until late Saturday night, and was only charged for one day. Picked up my truck this time early Sunday, had it dropped off by 8:30 on Monday and paid almost twice as much????Garrett S.

Truck was in very poor condition. Leaked water into the cab while driving through rain. Steering wheel was in unserviceable condition and needs replaced. Interior kicker pannenls broken and loose.Cody N.

It wasn't the locations that were poor, it was the 24/7 mobile service that was very poor. Also communication with customer service due to me calling to confirm it was one way before picking truck off leading to issues upon trying to check truck back in.Tammy M.

The truck I received was 26ft long and was clean on the inside, however a couple of hours after picking up the truck it began leaking some kind of fluid. It looked to be transmission fluid. I hurried back to return the truck and found the staff to be pleasent enough. Having said that, the staff was willing to rent me another truck but there wasn't one available. They took $50.00 off my bill but after only a couple hours use I could hardly see my bill being as high as it was even after the $50.00 was taken off. I rented the truck for $39.99 a day and $1.07 a mile. I had it for four hours. The trip to and from the uhaul dealer in miles costed me the most. Not to mention having 20 hours of use vanish because the truck wasnt maintained. I think paying $106.00 was outrageous given the circumstances. We had to use our own small vehicles and make quite a few trips per vehicle. All that extra trouble, no other trucks available and I had to pay $106.00. I will not use this location again, nor will I recommend it.Darren A.

The location on South Council was okay the location on Northwest Expressway is where we originally made our reservations and they overbooked and we had to go to South Council which I thought was not very fair to us because we made reservations and we were told that Northwest Expressway would have the equipment we even change what we were getting in order to have the equipment that Saturday morning and it still wasn'tvalerie C.

I reserved the trailer for Hancock, NY, but it was switched to Walton, which was not convenient. You can improve online service by providing the location requested.SUSAN W.
I rented a tow dolly. The people were very nice. The problem was that they didn't have the correct connector for the vehicle and the wiring stopped at the dolly. Thus could not be connected to the vehicle. I had to take a dolly that wasn't legal. Either uhaul or the place renting the equipment need to provide what is needed to make it safe and legal to use. I have been told by several places that rent uhaul equipment that it takes forever for uhaul to send someone to make repairs. It's certainly not how I do business. I am appalled that a company of this size operates this way.Steve G.
Online it offers a customer to make a reservation. I made a reservation for a 26' foot truck 3 weeks in advance of my move. 2 days before my move I was called and told there weren't any available and its based on availability and can't be guaranteed. When I dropped off my uhaul at my end destination, another customer was checking on their reservation and they were told they had one for the following week, exactly what they wanted. I questioned the guy at the counter who was helping me and he said yes, they reserve and guarantee the truck a customer wants. Why, if I do it online is it not guaranteed, but if I call a rental place directly, can they guarantee it?MONICA H.
The 6x12 U-Haul trailer we rented was damaged. The door was very hard to open and the hitch was hard to hook-up, even with the help of the person who worked there. Needs to be removed from your inventory.Sara Jeanel H.
