The stores computer was down so the clerk said we had to check in online. Finally got the truck after 45 minutes with no one writing down mileage or gas level. When dropping of same poor service with computer still down and then being double charged. Clerk told me he could not help and to call 1-800-gouhaul. Took 57 minutes on the phone to get a refund. Very poor experience today..

No they don't tell you about the added $25 cleaning fee, and for what? It was just as clean as when I picked it up. They tell you to use the app to check it in and put the key in the flatbed. But they don't tell you to make sure you use the app first before you lock everything up so that needed pictures to use the app and check in the vehicle properly can be done. So then you have to choose not clean because that is the only option to move forward without pictures and get charged $25 Ridiculous. I will be using another location.

I downloaded the UHaul app to my phone and tried to associate my order with my account on the app. It didn't work so I tried doing the check-in confirmation online. I got all the way to the end where I was confirming everything and saw it had Baltimore MD as the pickup point. I was supposed to pick up in Sacramento CA so I canceled and called the help number instead. After 40 minutes I reached a live person and did my confirmation with her. When I got to the pick up point, they didn't have any record of my rental. We looked up the order number and found that Uhaul had switched the pickup to another location. I did not receive any emails or text notifications about the change of pick up location. After going to the new pick up location everything went pretty smoothly. You guys need to work on this stuff.
