The interior (cab, seating area) of the van could use a good cleaning. It just felt grimy. Overall, the van was clean and in good condition.

Jeremy RI filled out the on line order form to include 12 blankets and a furniture dolly. At pick I’m told we don’t have any extra equipment, just the truck, I was told UHaul always does this! I had to go out of my way to another dealer to to pick up the blankets and dolly I needed. I don’t blame the local dealer I blame UHaul corporate for scamming people online. UHaul needs to reimburse me for forced unnecessary mileage and wasted fuel!
