Dropped truck off on July 29 (during regular business hours 0930) and it wasn't processed until July 30 so they charged us an additional day and additional gas despite the gauge was left 7/8 exactly were it was when we picked it up.Frederick L.

the website said I could pick up on a Sunday. this location is closed on Sunday and does not allow using mobile pick up. Lucky I called in advance and ended up picking up on saturday. if I had not called I would for been with our a Uhaul.Robin P.

This location is excellent. The only problem is it was not the location that was shown on the confirmation email. We waisted 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up at the Oliver Lane location, where our email confirmation directed us to go. Luckily I had an email message about moving pads from the Coastal location manager, and when I called him he told me we were at the wrong location.Karie C.
Having booked a 15ft truck 2 weeks before my collection date, only to receive a phone call at 5pm the night before the rental day to be told that they did not have a 15ft truck available an offered me a 26ft instead ! I did not need such a large truck and was going 450miles , this big truck would have cost an extra $300 in Gas!! I had to rearrange all my timing and plans , collected the correct sized truck 2 days later . The truck stank of fish , was a pig to drive and to ca it all I was charged $67 too much which after 2 calls to customer service , each over 40mins , they have promised to refund me ! I have still not received the refund . All in all terrible . To cap things off i returned the truck a day earlier and with over a 100miles extra in gas !!, no chance of a credit for those by the way .I have rented many times with UHaul before but never again if I don't get my refund and I think compensation as wellPeter C.
Truck was returned TWO days early. Staff bust so advised drop keys. Vehicle was T registered returned instead of a SAT AM not until MON PM and I was charged a late day. Drove to facility and was issued a one day credit for LATE DAY ONLY, however the next day UHAUL charged me that fee again. I was actually paying for three extra days since it was returned early!!Karen R.

Experience was excellent, the only thing will be that a went after hours to return the vehicle and the gate pad code didn't work, luckily for me someone was leaving and help me. Other then that, no problems at all.Lucas J.
This is twice i have rented in this area within the month. Their computers continue to add the Safemove fee of $14.00 to the envoice even after they put in decline. Expecting another refund from this like before. Other than that everything is great.Cleophus L.

No moving equipment available other than truck. UHaul App has equipment available which I reserved and when I picked up the truck, I was informed that this location has no moving furniture dollys or hand trucks available. So we had to strain a bit.Everette C.

The 26 foot truck uhaul set me up with on a 1 way trip of 125+ miles gave me the worst experience and stress I have ever had driving period. The drivers wheel felt like it was going to shake right off the truck. Never known it was bad till I had it all loaded and started getting speed up to 45mph and it was a nightmare and had no time but to risk the danger very carefully. The bad thing is when I turned the truck in the guy mentioned it had a complaint about it already and no one fixed it. I will be contacting uhaul soon if they do not contact me firstDonald A.

My issue is with U-Haul, not the pick up location. The term reservation means nothing. I had reserved a 15-foot truck. The day before scheduled pick-up, I received a call that no locations within 50 miles had a 15-foot truck. Why did I need to go through the trouble to make an on-line reservation when it would not secure a vehicle for my requested date? After 30 minutes on hold and on the phone with a representative, I was told that I could get a 10-ft truck from this location. I received a call the morning of the pick up to inform me that a 10-ft truck was not available. The representative offered up a 15-ft truck - which was the vehicle that I requested in the beginning. Apparently U-Haul software and logistics have major flaws. I have 2 more weekends of moving and using U-Haul. Needless to say I am not confident in your ability to take care of a customer.Jeff J.

I'm pretty annoyed the safe Move was added to my reservation without my consent of me selecting it and then I wasn't made aware of the amount I was being charged before swiping my card. Honestly pretty annoyed with it, but Steve helped me out enough to let me still pick up the truck that was full of sand or else this would be even worse because it was the worst U-Haul I've ever gotten.Ryan B.

Vehicle was returned. Same counter person was there. I handed him the key to the van He said; this is all I need. I asked: what about a rebate for the mileage if it was lower then what I gussed I would be using the van for. He said: they (I assume U-Haul) will make the adjustment and provide you the refund if one is due. I asked: SO do I get a refund or discount since the van was not cleaned inside? He said: NOPE................ i asked, Why not? He said: Nope....... I then asked, so why he (or someone else) clean either one of the vans before I got there? His reply was, DON'T YOU RAISE YOU VOICE AT ME...... I said: I am only asking you a question. His reply: (as he was cutting me off while asking), I SAID DON'T YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME. I said again, but this time in almost a whisper........"I am only asking why you or someone didn't clean the van? He said: The van was returned just before I walked in to pick it up and he didn't have a chance to clean it. I said: OH, come on now.....you kidding me? He said: Dont raise you voice at me (which I did not raise my voice) I said what about the 2nd van you offered me, it was just as filthy inside as the first one. He said: That is your opinion. I said: My opinion, I showed you the pictures I took of the inside of it. I said you are unreal, you did not even offer to clean the van before I took it. He said: You took the ket and went out the door. I said: he only thing you said to me was: So ...what do you want to do. You could have said hold on, I will vacuum it out for you BUT... you did not offer to do that. He said: DONT YELL AT ME, JUST GET OUT OF MY STORE, GET OUT ..... I said WHAT? WHY, all I am doing is asking you a question here. He again yelled: I SAID GET OUT OF MY STORE... NOW There was a short black guy who was behind the counter who jumped up and decided he was going to "walk me out the door", and he came around the corner saying common, lets go..holding his arm out towards me waving his fingers,, saying lets go.. I told him he should stay out of this for it has nothing to do with you, and you can see that I am only asking this guy a question.. Both the counter guy and the short black guy are now both just telling me to leave the store. As I walked outside I told the counter guy that I already contacted corporate. He yells: Go ahead I dont care what you do........ the black guy follows me outside and he continues to follow me as I am crossing the parking lot to get to our car to leave, and without looking back at him , I pointed back behind me towards the office and said you better just back off fella and get away from me, I want dealing with you, I was dealing with the f-ing jerk inside, not you.. I got in my car and my son and I left. No refund, and just a flat out NOPE on any type of compensation..and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No mention of any pictures on my contract either?? Yes, I am totally dissatisfied which does make anyone upset. I'm not screaming mad, but it sure angers me to deal with such a person who does not belong behind a counter dealing with the public. I have dealt with the public longer than he has been a-live.. I am 70 years old so I am not a spring chicken and I have been around the block a few times. This jerk showed no respect or care whatsoever, just get out of my store. unreal... Eck NaceECK N.

First of all, I had a one-way rental which included 5 days. We only had the truck for 2 full days so I fully believe I should have received a credit for the days not used. You obviously can turn around and rent out that same truck because we returned it early. The exorbitant price of $2300 is absolutely outrageous. You are obviously capitalizing on the current times of over inflated prices, shame on you. Then, at the drop-off location, we arrived at 3:20, not realizing they closed at 3 on a Friday. They had a 24 hour box to drop off, which was great, but then I was charged another $20 for after hours drop off, really?? So, no, I will not recommend you to a friend.Nancy C.

My appointment time was originally booked for 9am got there just to wait because the man who was running the place switched my time to 10am because he had an appointment somewhere else. The virtual lady was more sorry because I was not the first customer he did that too. Then once he was told he had me waiting an hour he fat out said â€œ I do not careâ€ no apology no nothing. He is just disrespectful and rude. I will never go back to because of him. Also my Uhaul originally was $70 I was over charged and haven't heard anything back as of yet!!!Jasmine B.

The guy at the desk was rude and my vehicle wasn't ready when I got there. When the truck did get there, the worker didn't even go out to inspect the vehicle before giving me the keys. The tank wasn't full, so I had to put in more than I used. The key Dropbox was either broken or left wide open.MICHAEL S.
