I'm pretty annoyed the safe Move was added to my reservation without my consent of me selecting it and then I wasn't made aware of the amount I was being charged before swiping my card. Honestly pretty annoyed with it, but Steve helped me out enough to let me still pick up the truck that was full of sand or else this would be even worse because it was the worst U-Haul I've ever gotten.Ryan B.

Vehicle was returned. Same counter person was there. I handed him the key to the van He said; this is all I need. I asked: what about a rebate for the mileage if it was lower then what I gussed I would be using the van for. He said: they (I assume U-Haul) will make the adjustment and provide you the refund if one is due. I asked: SO do I get a refund or discount since the van was not cleaned inside? He said: NOPE................ i asked, Why not? He said: Nope....... I then asked, so why he (or someone else) clean either one of the vans before I got there? His reply was, DON'T YOU RAISE YOU VOICE AT ME...... I said: I am only asking you a question. His reply: (as he was cutting me off while asking), I SAID DON'T YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME. I said again, but this time in almost a whisper........"I am only asking why you or someone didn't clean the van? He said: The van was returned just before I walked in to pick it up and he didn't have a chance to clean it. I said: OH, come on now.....you kidding me? He said: Dont raise you voice at me (which I did not raise my voice) I said what about the 2nd van you offered me, it was just as filthy inside as the first one. He said: That is your opinion. I said: My opinion, I showed you the pictures I took of the inside of it. I said you are unreal, you did not even offer to clean the van before I took it. He said: You took the ket and went out the door. I said: he only thing you said to me was: So ...what do you want to do. You could have said hold on, I will vacuum it out for you BUT... you did not offer to do that. He said: DONT YELL AT ME, JUST GET OUT OF MY STORE, GET OUT ..... I said WHAT? WHY, all I am doing is asking you a question here. He again yelled: I SAID GET OUT OF MY STORE... NOW There was a short black guy who was behind the counter who jumped up and decided he was going to "walk me out the door", and he came around the corner saying common, lets go..holding his arm out towards me waving his fingers,, saying lets go.. I told him he should stay out of this for it has nothing to do with you, and you can see that I am only asking this guy a question.. Both the counter guy and the short black guy are now both just telling me to leave the store. As I walked outside I told the counter guy that I already contacted corporate. He yells: Go ahead I dont care what you do........ the black guy follows me outside and he continues to follow me as I am crossing the parking lot to get to our car to leave, and without looking back at him , I pointed back behind me towards the office and said you better just back off fella and get away from me, I want dealing with you, I was dealing with the f-ing jerk inside, not you.. I got in my car and my son and I left. No refund, and just a flat out NOPE on any type of compensation..and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No mention of any pictures on my contract either?? Yes, I am totally dissatisfied which does make anyone upset. I'm not screaming mad, but it sure angers me to deal with such a person who does not belong behind a counter dealing with the public. I have dealt with the public longer than he has been a-live.. I am 70 years old so I am not a spring chicken and I have been around the block a few times. This jerk showed no respect or care whatsoever, just get out of my store. unreal... Eck NaceECK N.

First of all, I had a one-way rental which included 5 days. We only had the truck for 2 full days so I fully believe I should have received a credit for the days not used. You obviously can turn around and rent out that same truck because we returned it early. The exorbitant price of $2300 is absolutely outrageous. You are obviously capitalizing on the current times of over inflated prices, shame on you. Then, at the drop-off location, we arrived at 3:20, not realizing they closed at 3 on a Friday. They had a 24 hour box to drop off, which was great, but then I was charged another $20 for after hours drop off, really?? So, no, I will not recommend you to a friend.Nancy C.

My appointment time was originally booked for 9am got there just to wait because the man who was running the place switched my time to 10am because he had an appointment somewhere else. The virtual lady was more sorry because I was not the first customer he did that too. Then once he was told he had me waiting an hour he fat out said â€œ I do not careâ€ no apology no nothing. He is just disrespectful and rude. I will never go back to because of him. Also my Uhaul originally was $70 I was over charged and haven't heard anything back as of yet!!!Jasmine B.

The guy at the desk was rude and my vehicle wasn't ready when I got there. When the truck did get there, the worker didn't even go out to inspect the vehicle before giving me the keys. I made my uhaul reservation through the website. I was told in multiple emails and text messages that I would be able to pick up the truck I reserved at 8am via the after hours phone pick up process. I arrived at 8 am and was told I could not pick up the truck until the location opened. I also reserved 40 moving blankets but did not find out until I showed up that only 24 would be available for pickup.Tyler H.

Waited over 30 min for someone to come to desk. Had to go searching the property for an attendant. Didn't have moving pads as requested. Attendant didn't want to go into work on 12-24 the return date and didn't have a suitable drop off solution for after hours drop off, as in an appropriate lockbox for keys or appropriate parking location since the place is gated. Truck was poor condition also. We've rented at least 20 times from U-Haul at various locations and this was one of our worst experiences.jordan W.

The fill pipe on the truck was blocked. It took me fifteen minutes to put 9 gallons in and a full 30 minutes to add 15 gal. The trim around the windshield kept blowing off in the wind at 60 mph.RONALD G.

Contract was not filled out properly. I rented for six days , 1200 miles .And based on the way the contract was filled out when I turned the truck in ,there were over 400 in extra charges. Fortunately the people at the drop off location recognized the problem and fixed it. Otherwise the equipment was great and it was a good tripTIMOTHY R.
Steve was very friendly and professional and provided outstanding customer service! The only downside was that the truck was filthy and smelled like smoke. It took me about 15 minutes to clean it up once I returned back home. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this location.David R.
