Locks on the driver side door didn't work. Middle console was a mess with someone's old, spilled drink making everything sticky. No one on site to actually check out the Uhaul for me, so I had to call someone's cell phone who claimed I didn't have a reservation. Could barely hear the guy, who made no attempt to make him self more clear on the phone. I was called in the middle of the move to be told that my reservation was up and I needed to return the equipment (still had over 24 hours on my contract.)

The location was convenient as was the mobile process but I rented on a Sunday morning and the previous customer left the vehicle dirty inside.

Tara FI have a flip phone and it is hard to rent the truck without one. I would like to able to just walk in and rent the truck and not have to run around to find a computer. I spent two days wondering if I did thing right when I returned the truck. But it seems to be all right, Thanks.
Russell SThe location was dirty and there were glass liquor bottles littered throughout the entire parking lot and in front of and near my uhaul truck. The truck itself had a large crack in the windshield. The man running the location was nice however, he gave no instructions about the process of picking up the truck and returning. He was more concerned about his phone and doing his other job (it was a cleaning/press store as well) than helping uhaul customers.

Michele RMy reservation was for 9:00. No staff was there to get me on my way. Another person stepped in to help by calling someone. The person on the other end seemed to stumble a lot. I've done business with the U-Haul at University and Victoria for years. They get me on my way in minutes. This shop took 35. If you don't have the staff don't offer the service. Or. Make it clear to use the app self check out. I tried this branch because they're closer to my home base.
Harry HThe parking lot is extremely small and challenging to navigate with the trucks, especially in the snow. The truck was low on gas upon pickup. I had a significantly difficult time getting the uhaul website to allow me to complete pickup of the truck. The truck I was assigned was not at the location so I had to call multiple times to get a hold of a person to help me get the truck switched to a truck they had at the location. The chat feature was not helpful at all once I was trying to get the truck switched to one they had at the location. Worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had.
