I have had a storage unit at this location for a number of years. I never put it together that I could drop off there. The representative was so very helpful in presenting this convenience. Thank you.

Tiffany, the manager went above and beyond in finding a trailer to fit my schedule, etc. I was impressed by her attitude and professional conduct.
George JNo one was at the location in Pocatello. It was an hours drive from my home. I was told to open the lockbox to get a key, did that, and drove the only truck at that pick up location to my home, started loading it only to find out the truck I was supposed to pick up hadn't been returned to Pocatello yet. Uhaul suggested I drive another distance to trade the ancient truck I had for a newer one. It was a mess!
janice lTiffany was overwhelmed and too busy to be doing two jobs at once. At both places I was reassured I could drop off at one location pick up another and not have any extra charge. Yeah I still ended up with an upcharge for returning it to a different spot.

Noah RI will never use uhaul again for anything. I asked for furniture dollys online and the website said they were available, got to pick up and the site doesn’t offer them which is fine, except I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for them. When I turned my keys in late at night and used the online service to do so it had the furniture dollys listed as a charge. I told you I didn’t agree with the charge and explained why. I was promised a uhaul rep would reach out to me. It never happened, until today when I got a receipt that included the furniture dolly charge. While it’s only $28 I do not appreciate the dishonesty and the in professionalism.

kathy YI'm not the customer. They have the wrong email address. I've never done business with this Uhaul outlet. I sent an earlier email response when they sent me someone else's invoice by mistake. And now you request a review? LOL I'm just thankful that I myself didn't do business with your location, and have you sending my invoice, with my info, out to strangers. I contacted the customer (his number was on the invoice) and let him know. I'm sure he shares my opinion. Bad job guys Thumbs down

RICHARD KThe location was hard to find as Google Maps takes you to a wrong location. It would have been helpful to have a u-haul sign on the road or a truck parked out front to make it more visible.

Shawn AThe lady from the call center in Boise (Camara) was EXTREMELY RUDE! The truck was not at the location that was told to us and Camara was completely a pain in the ass and I would have fired her on the spot if she had been working in my company! This woman should not be in customer service AT ALL! Not only is she completely rude to the customers but she is rude to the service centers in Pocatello as well!

Mike GVan was clean but had been smoked in, maybe there's not a policy for no smoking but I won't rent from Uhaul again if there's NOT a no smoking policy because I don't want all of my stuff to smell like smoke. For only having 5338 miles on the van, it sure was used HARD!! The passanger side sun visor had been completely ripped off and there were letters carved into the glove box on the passangers side. All went well at the pickup/dropoff location, very very nice people and I would be pleased to work with them again!!

Andiy WThe guy was very helpful and had some good stories (we were talking while he waited for the computer to unfreeze). I recommend updating your systems so that doesn't happen. This was also the first time I got in a uhaul truck and a check engine light or some other dashboard light wasn't on.

Jim PPersonnel at desk was awesome. She was busy and still made time to help all with a smile and a pleasant disposition. The street address is confusing because the Hiline Road turns right and also goes straight about 180 yards from the store. As well, Hiline changes it's name at that point. Street name is not UHaul's fault. Good experience, super staff assistance.
