Alma QuijadaCustomer service is very important Some training is needed for this location I waited for this person for over 45 min to return from lunch only for him to have an attitude. I saw him setting out front of location in car so he saw me waiting gor his return . He did have a note on window saying he would return at2:30 it was 2:35 than . I understand 5-10 mins late but 45 mins was just to much .

Kip PaulComment For uhaul as a rental company; will not rent anything from uhaul again. I accidentally locked the keys in the truck and uhaul wanted to charge me to unlock. Customers should not have to pay this charge if renting any of your equipment! Not good customer service or business!

Randy SandstromVery helpful lady at this location. I had an issue with the lock not opening and she was able to talk new thru the delicate handling of the lock. A lite touch was the key.. I was too heavy handed. It opened right up.
GRANT TASKERUDThe woman that was working today was very polite and helpful. I came to the wrong location for a reservation and she was able to accommodate. I also had a minor issue checking out online when I returned the truck and she was able to correct it leaving no issues and a completely satisfied customer!

Gloria HardyThe truck cab was filled with dirt debri and had a dirty butt smell come up out of the seat every time I sat down. I am a women with a clean butt. This was discusting!! The uhaul truck itself leaked all over my boxes! There is a short in the dash with the lights. They come off and on for no reason and when you hit bumps.

kyle nowinsThe key drop off was dangerous. Homeless gathered there, and the key slot had curtain blind strings obstructing the proper return of the key. I threw the key in and it caught on to the strings controlling the blinds, so had to retrieve it and throw it in again to keep the truck from being stolen by the gathered homeless camp.

BARBARA JEAN KELLY-KOFFII think fuel should always be full when picking up equipment. If a customer chooses not to fill up, charge the $10/gallon - just like the rental car companies - and then go fill it up for the next customer. It would help each customer to not have to fill, use and then again while trying to get it back to the same level; especially if they e moved to a new area.
