The self-checkout system is not great and would not work on my phone. Also, the gas tank was not full when renting, in fact it was close to empty. That is unacceptable and lazy on U-Haul's part.Brian G.

There were food wrappers, used cleaning wipes, and a jug of water left in the vehicle. The mileage was complete off and as a result I couldn't "close out" the rental online.Adam M.
The customer service rep at the office was great, he had computer issues & was trying his best to assist, he call another rep at U-Haul to assist and that rep had awful customer service skills, I was at the office for 30 minutes before I was finally able to get the keys to the truck.Damarys S.
The customer rep didn't know what he was doing. He almost overcharged me and took about 30 mins to process my rental.Michael L.
On Wednesday, February 16th I rented a cargo Van for a few hours to transport some items. I picked up the van from Blue Storage in Teaneck at approximately 2:15 pm and returned it at about 5:00 pm. I was visited by a rude and nasty customer service representative-Robyn. The cargo Van was refuled at the gauge when picked up. Robyn checked the van and stated that I was going to be charged a refueling fee. I stated to Robyn that isn't correct as I replaced the petro. I attempted to show him the pictures of the gauge before I left that facility and upon return. Robyn did not take the time to look at the photos but replied in a nasty manner " I'm only going by what it says here in the computer ". He had difficulty navigating the system in the computer and had to contact Luis- I believe was a representative from U-HAUL who had to assist. Robyn should not be working in customer service at all!GAYE R.

Very happy with Service and with Rebecca, despite experiencing issues with Uhaul Reservation Systems, she made necessary calls and ensured I was able to pick up my cargo van and complete my move. Very happy and would definitely recommend!Don D.
