Very rude and unpolite people working at front desk. Men and woman working in office doesn't have any manners, looks like they never heard for “thank youâ€. Looks like they paying to customer, not customer to office. Really unpleasant experience

victor O.I was first helped by the gentleman in the Newark-Broadway location who helped me make the appointment for the truck. When I arrived to the nearby location it was very quick and the truck was ready to go. The young lady was very helpful at the counter.
GEORGE S.The equipment was not that clean and staff was rude. They charged me more. They charged me for dolly which they did not have and also for the insurance without my consent. They set my drop off date to 2nd November which I told them was 1st November - but they said it doesn't matters. I was charged more for this order. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

I had reservation made 1 month prior and he goes saying that he doesn't have any trucks… when I ask him to lookup with the confirmation number showing the U haul confirmation, he repeats the same thing without even trying to sort things. The worst part is that he claims that he is not responsible for u haul but only employee of Storage Blue. Would not recommend this location at all
NAVEEN VARMA D.The renters be informed of all the charges when returning the truck back. I was not informed by the clerk of filling up the same before returning it. Yes he informed of mileage charges and not put gas on it.
lilliam G.Van was picked up with 1/8th tank of gas. I was on a time crunch and then had to immediately get gas. This was rediculous, I have rented many times and have never been give a truck with so little gas.. They made sure to tell me that I was not allowed to bring it back with less than 1/4 tank because they were "not allowed to accept it with less than 1/4". But they gave it to me with 1/8th, so how did you accept it that was from the last person.

Wanted the rental at 10 am didn't get it until 11 and still had to bring it back at 2 when I paid for a 4 hr rental. Customer service was terrible. Overall horrific experience.

Delroy S.Actually provide the equipment that is requested. If you can't provide it then you should notify the customer, not charge them for it and not ignore their emails in regard to the missing equipment/extra charges
