The blankets were old and there weren't enough. There was also a major dent in the passenger side door which made it difficult to open and close. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Hendrik S.The truck was clean enough but it had <3/8 tank of gas which just meant I had to fuel up before heading out. I think it is reasonable to expect to pick up with a 3/4 tank minimum. It is hard to estimate how much fuel is required which means that either you fuel multiple times during the rental or leave more gas than you started with (which is what happened this time). The counter agent was efficient enough in that he had a key to hand me and was there to take it on return. However he bordered on surly and when there was an issue with the the online reservation, he was marginally helpful at best. An absence of courtesy reflects poorly on the entire organization. I rent vehicles frequently for work and this rental was a 4 or 5 out of 10 as compared to others. There are other rental locations/companies.

John S.Was schemed for gas charge when I already fuled up prior to returning my rental. Used the truck for 5 miles put 2 gallons and was charged another 2 gallons upon returning it..
Andres H.Would be nice if any rental equipment (dollys, mats, etc) was already placed inside the truck to be rented. I had to carry the dolly up/down a flight of stairs to put in the truck, which not everyone is able to do, like senior citizens or physically disabled folk.

Christopher C.The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. There were several warning alerts going on at the same time when I first started the vehicle and through the use. Low tire pressure, traction control, ABS (anti-lock brake system); doesn't instill the level of safety and comfort you would like from the vehicle.

Marlon P.Everything was great except for the drop-off or return. I was sent a text saying that I can drop the van off after hours. I followed the directions and drove back to the location but the gate was locked and there was no way to drop the van. This resulted in several extra miles, a little more gas, and over 45 minutes of wasted time for my friend following me and myself. Not a huge deal but why send a text saying you can drop the van off after hours when you can not?
