The person at the location did nothing but make negative statements about U-haul, going as far as saying he wanted to get rid of U-haul because he was wasting time serving me to rent the truck.

The truck was dirty and had garbage in the cab area. The previous person left food and old water bottles and soda bottles. I was forced to clean it out so I do not get charged. The cab smelt, It was parked in dirt and just overall a mess. I’m not happy . Also it has no gas in it forcing me to rush to the gas station. I’m not happy at all.

Truck was fucking musky when I get in it. There were empty juice/water bottles on the floor in the truck itself. Whoever gave me the truck didnt even bother to give me paperwork. Hell, he barely verified who tf I was.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a U-Haul! I got the the rental and as soon as we got it to our house it wouldn’t start. They gave me a U-Haul with a bad battery. They delayed my move and I missed a delivery of furniture to my apartment. It is costing me a redelivery fee and I am sleeping in an air mattress until I can get my furniture. This has been the most terrible service I have ever received. I expect nothing less than a full refund for all the inconvenience this has cause me and my family. I wouldn’t even recommend this to anyone.

Person on staff stated I would be lucky to arrive to our destination using U-Haul equipment. He then did not secure our car to the car hauler correctly. He did not apply the additional chain restraint and instead used only the two wheel straps. Over the course of our 1000 mile move the driver side strap came completely off 3 times and loose on 2 other stops. Had we not had to stop every 150 miles to fill up on gas (very poor gas mileage on a 20 foot truck) I am not sure our car would not have come off the hauler at some point. Would never recommend to anyone that I cared about.

My reservation was changed to mobile without informing me and they didn’t provide the furniture dollies I paid for. The truck’s cab area still have someone else’s trash behind the seats and paper balls in cup holder. Their office was closed and when I attempted to call for assistance was sent to voicemail. My call was returned until the next afternoon via text message, in which, they wanted to place all the blame on U-haul for changing my reservation and that they were only third party representative and will need to take my issue up with their corporate office. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!

Terrible experience, once you fill your preferred pick-up and drop-off location into U-Haul to rent a vehicle. Upon getting the agreed rental, corporate office, took it upon themselves to change my drop-off location. I called district office and they agreed to add additional miles to my trip. Once I dropped off my rental, I was charged the full amount, and U-Haul denied any reimbursement. I’ve been waiting three days for a representative to call me back. Poor customer service…

Mow the Grass around the pick up area. Not a big deal, a minor inconvenience is all. The grass is very long and wet so your sneakers get wet walking around the truck for the five orbits you do for the check in and the checkout process.

Chris at this location was very helpful. We will return to this location because of him. The area manager Dustin does not have good customer service skills. Shelly in Uhaul customer service was also very helpful.

I had peoblem when went to rent the truck. They didn’t want to rented to me because the owner/manager of the storage area was not there and the employee didn’t know what to do because he said he worked at another location wish dont use the 24/7 app online thing... so i had to call uhaul and they authorize the rent by calling the location. Lost about 30 min on that situation

The gentlemen assisting had challenges with starting my rental, most of which didn’t seem to be his problem, but he continued to complain about the constant problems and the fact that he doesn’t get paid anything for even dealing with the equipment.

I was sent 20 miles away from my original reservation site to this sight last minute. Showed up to site and note was on the door Closed: will be back at 12. It was 9:30am so I couldn't wait. Wasn't given a self serve code from uhaul. Couldn't get one online. Had to call and be on hold for 30 mins to talk to a rep to get a code. Couldn't get appliance cart that I reserved because place was closed. Had to drive out of my way and was charged $60 more than my original reservation. Was delayed so much that we had to move in the midday heat. Very frustrating!
