Amber (manager) is the coolest chickI know. Always happy and energetic. Always willing to help with anything. She took care of everything all I had to do was call her! She's Awesome sauce!! I would definitely recommend this facility. Top notch and on their game!
Only one trailer at location, had to rent much oversized trailer

Truck broke down and they could not find a mechanic to come and repair a broken water hose on the road. So we had to go get the hose and repair it ourselves for FREE !!!!!!! They will not pay for you to repair there truck

I waited 1 1/2 hours to rent this truck. The young man at this location had to argue with a Customer Svc Rep in order to rent the truck to me. I had reserved a truck a week earlier. Will not do business with U Haul again. Terrible customer service!!!!
I was dropping off a vehicle and I had to leave the keys and ticket and put it in a Dropbox. Well the Dropbox was a whole on the door and when I stuck it in there it just dropped right in front of the door on the floor. I think there should be a secure box to drop that information in where it can't be visibly seen.
Amber was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She is an asset to the company and this location. I had many questions and she never got frustrated, always answering with a smile.
