We had this truck signed up for the mobile pickup because we had family coming from out of town to help us move. We show up to get the truck and the app tells us it has not been set up for mobile pick up and we have to wait until storage USA opens. When I ask the guy what happened, once they opened, he said the night before â€œhe was tired and wanted to go homeâ€ but he was setting it up then after 9am. Like excuse me?!?! I'm pregnant and moving houses I know all about tired but this is your JOB! We will be contacting uhaul about this.Alejandro G.

This place was fine, but it was far from us and not the place that we reserved. The place we reserved, Hutto Oil and Lube, was closed, and no one told us, and no one (not even the people at UHaul) could get in touch with them. It set us back 2 hours of precious moving time...MALCOLM KIRKLAND W.

Uhaul put this as our drop off location which was great as it was close to where we live. When we got there however, no one was there when it said they were open at 9am. We arrive at ten. The guy showed but 2 hours late. Another customer who uses the storage says it takes him three tries just to get his bill paid. So I am thinking the worker isnt there very often. I wouldn't send people there for drop off if possible.michael S.

I spent almost an hour on the phone to start with, the lady said she also owned a Harley, I explained ours was broke down and we needed to get it home. When we went to pick it up it would not work, we where told they would "text" us when one was available. instead of texting they left a voice mail about and hour and a half after I left. Of course I didn't get it so I call 5 hours later because I had not received a text. they had one down in central Austin but they where closed by then. I arranged to pick it up the next after noon but I had to call corp to get the 24.95 pricing they had quoted and to be able to drop it of in the location that I had originally booked from..... so they gave me the 24.95 but I see my account was charged much more. They charged my husband an insurance fee which he was told nothing about and if he had been he would have declined, grated it was 9.00 but that is not the point, your company is unorganized and mismanaged. Not really good for your reputation. hope that helps, that was a lot of typing.lori G.

Uhaul changed the pickup location to an area not nearly as convenient -- unfortunate given that I had made a reservation specifically due to the desired location. Positive -- the new place called me, was very helpful and flexible (Travis ++). Equipment -- one tire was completely bald. N. Lamar location replaced tire...no issue...a positive for them.Susan R.

This location was poorly prepared. There were so many issues during pick-up that took over an hour to resolve. I was the only customer there at the time. I reserved a 10' truck with 1 dozen pads. Here are the issues I encountered: 1) The "safemove" insurance was added without my permission and the owners refused to take it off. They finally agreed after lots of negotiation. 2) The 1 dozen pads I reserved were unavailable. I had to drive to another location to get them. 3) The license plate of the truck I received did not match the numbers on my receipt. The owners assured me that it was ok. 4) The owners informed me not to worry about returning the truck with the exact amount of gas as any extra gas I got would be credited by UHaul. That didn't happen. 5) The receipt stated that the truck has a gas tank capacity of 33 gallons. I filled up 8 gallons from empty, hoping to bring the gas up to the 1/4 mark. It brought the gas up to the 1/2 mark instead.Aron Y.

The back of the truck was clean, the cab needed a vacuum. Older truck, ran okay. The online sign up and check-in was super. The agent had everything ready and I was in and out. The office was clean.Charles S.
First, I was billed the $191.xx initially for the truck. I returned the truck before the time I was supposed to, and was charged an additional day, plus mileage overage plus a clean up fee, for an added fee of $97.xx. Upon pick up there were 2 pieces of trash back there that i left there. But ok, whatever, I have been charged again for $38.xx and don't see a credit for the refund like the guy said. I'm just really frustrated and will be going up to the store monday.mario F.
