Truck was clean but the passenger headlight was out and a rear backup light was out. Maybe don’t offer the Mobil options if the app doesn’t work at the location. My Mobil pick up wasn’t input correctly and I couldn’t get my truck without going into the office it was a good thing they were open the lady working in the office was great though! I couldn’t upload any photos at return due to the mobile app service and I waited over thirty minutes trying to make sure I wouldn’t get over charged.

Equipment was clean. The passenger side headlight was out. When walking in there was 2 people in the office on their phones. One stayed on it the whole time. The other one finished what she was doing before helping and never got out of the seat til I had to give them my ID and payment and they gave me the keys all at the same time. She was yelling across the room for everything else. Just very unprofessional. I won't use them again.

I had to do the mobile check in, since the location in in a “hole” I had bad reception and the app didn’t work well. VERY aggravating! Had to call for help and the call’s kept getting dropped! Will never do that again!!!

Have the dealer review how things are priced. You can not tell a customer a price with no explanation. There was hold for a higher amount. I was under the impression I was paying that higher amount because she did not explain. Charged me for the mileage even though I put more fuel in then what was required. Have vehicles available before 1 PM.

The app is the most challenging thing about the experience. I had 5G but it would time out and I'd have to reload to pickup the equipment. The checkout process had an error as well and I had to call to get the gate code. Otherwise it was a reasonable process.

I reserved the truck online, and got exactly what I reserved quickly when I picked it up. I was able to return the truck after hours by using a link in my text confirmation. There were a few pictures I had to upload to verify the condition and location of the truck, but it was super easy and convenient. Great experience and will use them again next time I need a Uhaul!

There was no code given to us for the lock on the back door of the truck, it took us 30-45 minutes to get ahold of someone and then they hung up. Finally got the code and that put us an hour late to get started. Also, you can see the code for the gate at this location on the first screen but then there is no way to find the gate code. We got lucky when returning the truck because someone else opened the gate as we pulled in. There needs to be a way to find the code for the lock and the gate in the U-Haul app or somewhere. Besides that, everything went well and appreciate the truck and service.

RE: BEAR CREEK, TN location and drop off of car transport. It gets an F-. The Spring Hill, TN location for drop off of truck gets an A+. I will absolutely NEVER use Bear Creek, Columbia, TN as a drop off location again. They have a clumsy handwritten sign near the register saying they provide no assistance hooking up/disconnecting any transport. Why U-Haul allows any of its locations to only make money from sales and drop-offs, but provides no assistance is a question I am asking HQ today. All who work for U-Haul should be required to be trained in hookups and disconnections... for it is certain those who rent are not "certified" to do it and someone should be. You are endangering the public and the driver allowing this location to post a sign reneging on all assistance. What a shame they are included in your list of options. I specifically noted in my reservation that I wanted assistance on both ends since my husband is recuperating from a bad shoulder. All I got was backtalk from a tattooed woman behind the service counter and I would have sworn I was in the middle of Duck Dynasty given the appearance of all who work here. Go to the location in Spring Hill, TN where the manager knows how to handle communications with customers with tact and avoid this location, which is not a genuine U-Haul location that provides service. Any 5-star reviews must be self-written, for they surely are NOT honestly obtained. That is where I dropped the truck off the next day, changing reservation from Bear Creek.

Picked up a 10ft Cube to return Mattress to Costco… prior departure I asked Administrative UHaul Rep what time facility closed? She answered 2pm (on a week day?). I hustled along with wife to return Mattress & then return Rental prior to 2pm. Arrived at facility approximately 1pm to find it locked up and closed. Called & left VM to express dissatisfaction & disappointment no one was there. Received a call from Rep 5-10 min later indicating she went to Post Office! So not only restrictive operating hours but gone & locked up with no sign or note that Rep is gone or be back in 30 minutes… my guess is gone early for day … who runs to Post Office at 1pm when you close at 2pm Will look for other alternatives in future! Location is ok but it was difficult and frustrating to get into the gate and do self-pick up the first time mostly because of U-hauls cell phone GPS requirements too make sure you're at the right location?!?! Silly. The truck they chose for me was very old, smelled of gas and had the door gasket hanging down which I fixed. That said the truck ran great and did the job for 3 days! The self-pick up process needs to be simplified and streamlined for a faster and seamless customer pick up experience. But the drop off was fast and easy.

Had a hard time picking up truck and dropping off truck. The app and website refused to sign me into my account so I could pick up and drop off the truck. I had to call the customer service line each time, and it barely helped. I spent over an hour each time trying to get access to my account. I’m lucky I was even able to get the truck I paid for. I’m never using this location again due to the difficulties I faced. Next time, I’m using a location with counter service.

There are several u-haul locations, but they were closed on the weekend. Most people need them on weekend.

It was dark. No lighting at drop off site. Road sign illegible at night. They are only available from 9 am til 2pm so most drops are after hours.

I couldn't get in with the online check in after hours because it didn't provide a gate code. The 1 parking spot outside the gate was already taken by another uhual drop off. I only got in because a customer of the storage facility happened to come at 10pm at night to access the facility.

The 2 wheel dolly and 2 dozen moving blankets we ordered weren't available. We wanted a 26 foot truck but had to settle for a 20 footer. No effort made to get a 26 footer. We're disappointed in Uhaul.

The charges were not clear. I paid for the gas option, but then had to put gas in the truck before I could get to my destination and then I had to put gas back in the truck upon my return. How did paying for the gas option help any? I had the truck for 4hrs and had a total expense of about $200 from a $40 advertised fee. This includes two trips to the gas station plus the time to get gas. If there was another rental option I would NOT use U-Haul again.

The mobile pick up did not work well at this location. They did not have the blankets I ordered, so I had to get them from the cool springs location. Drop off was very difficult. There was no parking outside of the gate, and no way to get an access code for the gate. I ended up parking on one side of the entrance to the facility. I will not rent from this location again.

The trailer floor was dirty with a grease/oil substance. It got all over my personal items I transported. Not cool. This is the 2nd bad experience with U haul in the last 60 days. The last trailer had a flat on the interstate and I had to wait nearly 5 hours for the proper repair to be done. The first company brought the wrong size tire and the second company was told the wrong size, again. Thank goodness he had enough experience and recognized from the photo the rim was a 15”, not 14”. Anyway, the delay was from 9:30p to 2am, causing me the additional cost of a hotel room and about $25 dollars in gas idiling on the interstate for 4.5 hours. UHaul never offered any compensation, either. I’ve spent more than $2,000 in moving equipment rental from UHaul since May.
