The truck was filthy. Dirt, grime, grease on everything. When I took my foot off the gas, the truck downshifted so violently it threw me forward. The key stuck in the ignition. This truck should not be rented out to anyone. It has o er 110,000 miles which is fine if it's maintained. This truck was awful.

Reserved a regular truck online for this location. When I picked it up I found out these standard trucks aren't even available and I had to get a 10' boxed uhaul.. .

Got double charged when only had truck for 1 day. Charges were corrected and I was refunded for most all of charges except I believe I was still double charged on the Taxes portion that I told Rep about but she did not credit back that portion and I was unsure until I went back through my Charges. Had to call 2X for corrections to be done and placing a 3rd call seemed to be unacceptable for me to have placed this many calls for Charges to be corrected. Have used Uhaul many times in the last few months. Will have to keep much closer eye on when I use Uhaul in the future, which is unfortunate to not be able to trust a company.

The lady was very nice however, was not quite strong enough to handle the equipment. She had a hard time attaching uhaul trailer and was not able to tighten the hitch securely. I don't feel that they should leave her there alone for trailer hook ups, no fault of hers as she did her best.

The truck was severely underpowered and leaned to one side. The truck also had issues with braking and the brakes squealed very loudly. The truck had lights come on, on the dashboard and the truck felt derated. There were time when the truck would not go over 35 mph. Our trip time had approximately 2 hours additional added in length due to the truck being underpowered and having to be extremely cautious due to the trucks mechanical issues. There were some very nerve racking times in the truck as it also appeared the truck did not want to stop properly. The truck was very unsafe and the issues were explained to the staff at the drop off location in Canton. It literally felt as if the issues were falling on deaf ears. It is a wonder that myself or my daughter were not hurt and it would be an incredible shame if someone else was hurt while driving the unsafe truck. I would love it if someone would contact me to discuss as I have tried to call UHaul multiple times and have sat on hold with no correspondence. I cannot sit on hold continuously as time in my world is extremely valuable. In regards to the truck, I have rented many a vehicles from UHaul in the past and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. This experience was not so pleasurable and was very harrowing to say the least.

I was to return the 6 x 12 foot trailer by 10:00 am. No employee there because of 1st day of school which was only a 1/2 day. This employee knew this before she told me to return the trailer at a specific time. Very unprofessional. Per phone call as I'm at the uhaul lot, she told me to just park it anywhere and lift it off my trailer hitch. Not all customers are male and can lift that off. I am a 60 year old woman, has had 3 rotator cuff surgeries and just had heart surgery last month, and just this morning had a heart monitor put on because of continued hear problems. Another customer that was dropping off his trailer helped me get trailer off my vehicle. Then I had to leave without a receipt showing I had returned everything and no damages to equipment.

Not very clear where to leave a trailer. There was a full size truck in the night drop area offering very little space to maneuver a trailer to drop off during closing hours as promised.

When we were set to return the truck, there was nowhere to park it. There was no after hours number to call. Eventually I was able to get in the gate when someone else was leaving in order to park it safely. There should be a better process for this. I wasted an hour trying to return the truck.

You can start with actually billing me for a one day rental, actually only a half a day instead of two days. I am extremely dissatisfied that I'm being double charged. Please fix ASAP. I would hate to have 15 years of committed rental services through all be diminished by this experience.

I was told by the rental agent that the coverage I purchased was per rental, NOT per day. I also brought back truck with the proper amount of fuel, but was still charged for 5 gallons of gas! When I called to ask for an explanation, I got treated very unfairly, like I was trying to rip them off. This will absolutely be my LAST U-Haul rental, and I will tell anyone that asks that this location is dishonest. I am also writing corporate on this. The money is one thing, but the principal behind my issue is the big problem. Thank You.

We returned the auto transport on a weekend afternoon and they were closed. Used the after hours drop off. There was only one spot outside of the gates to drop off the trailer, but there was already a moving truck there. Made drop off difficult.

Bery dissaooointed when dealing l with u-haul via text and on the phone when I had a problem teturning the vehicle:. Finally just drove the truck truck through the chain link fence gate Yo get my my vehicle and personal items because there was no support at U-Haul that cared about my situation. Surprised I have not had a call from anyone with U-Haul or the police.

My problem was not with Storage Station, it was with UHaul customer service. They made my move stressful and difficult with their indifference and inefficiency. Storage Station actually fixed the problem uhaul creates.

I was told I got a discount for dropping off here Versus Franklin TN. It was a run down storage location. That was locked and closed at 1:30 in the afternoon. I called corporate and asked if I could leave it outside gate and put keys in uhaul drop. They said yes. There was nothing around do I waited till the Uber arrived to drop keys for fear I would get locked out in 24 degree weather. Awful awful experience. don't get me started on how I called one day and the price was $$250 more because I changed the pick up date. I felt it was classic bait and switch as no one told me you charged different rates based on traffic days. You guys are worse than Uber

I drove the truck for a total of 55 miles the fuel was at 3/8 of a tank I filled it back to the same level as when I received it. I was charged for a full tank plus a fueling fee. An additional 80+ dollars. Still waiting on a credit at this point.

They were at lunch when we dropped off the trailer. They gave us the code to get into the area but it was extremely crowded and not easy to maneuver. We eventually just dropped it. Honestly the customer service with UHaul is nearly non existent. I guess all I'm paying for is the actual rental.

I can't get the hitch to close upon my return. I have called customer service seven times and keep getting transferred to the main menu. I am now extremely late for meeting other movers and this is very inconvenient. I am going to have to leave the hitch open at this point. Poor customer service

Dropping off is painful as you cannot go inside the secure fence area to drop and there is only one designated return spot outside the gate. If someone beat you to it, all that is told is for u not to block the gate but no other options.

I think U-Haul should offer rates to allow for early return of the vehicle. Early return allows for U-Haul to get the truck back on the road making money for them.
