Very easy to drop off. Clean area, but limited parking options with large trucks and trailers. Wasn't an issue for us but could fill up quickly. The days of the level three inspection are (most) gone. Loved how easy this was to return.

Nothing I can think of because I had no issues, even when it came time to renew the rentel for another day and I was far away from the rental location. Therefore thumbs up to the question at hand, otherwise I would have a thumbs down action, and I have rented from this location numerous of times and if I need further services from U-Haul, you know where I would be, thx.

I not advised of the $20 after hours fee. This should have been discussed with me because they knew my return time was after they would be closed. The contract was sent to me after I had already left with the truck. I will never rent from you again

Amazing customer service, personal assistance and support from helping me clean up my needs and confusion with the website. I have never had a problem with this store in all my years using it. The individual office is way better than sharing with the old installation shop. The crew was extremely helpful and every time, no matter what location—UHaul NEVER disappoints.

I was very disappointed that when I couldn't return the trailer by exactly 9:30am on a Sunday, when they are CLOSED, they charged me an additional day, even though I had it back shortly after. It would not have made any difference to them, on a day they knew they were closed, but they were happy to charge me an additional day for an extra hour or two. NOT good customer service!

Mobile check in didn’t work, no wi-fi signal, had to go inside and stand in line for 45 minutes. After returning the truck as instructed by cashier, when we were able to receive WiFi, we were instructed to return to take several pictures. Could not upload on site due to no WiFi. After driving away again, we were instructed to return AGAIN to take one more picture. Woke up the next day to two separate charges on our card. No big deal, still the best price in town, but if you want pictures uploaded and mobile check in, please have internet available! Very frustrating.

I didn’t really understand the technology part of the rental and drop off because of the holiday and for some odd reason like three times if not four the amount quoted without even hitting that mileage has been taken from my account, I’ve never had this type of experience with u haul, I now have to take more time out of my very busy schedule to find the reasoning behind this ordeal….. Can someone please explain

Put your car transport out so they can be seen

We arrived on site at 0803 with a prebooked 24 ft truck for 0800. They could not get into the office. We were told another set of keys are coming in 15-20 minutes. We left at 0843. I have 3 movers on the clock for hourly rates. We were quickly helped once we were inside. We should have received a discounted bill for this huge inconvenience.

I dropped of trailer after location was closed. The uhaul app made it very hard to use, it tool for ever to load pictures. I was there for about 40 minutes trying to get the app to work. Still not sure It worked

Make sure the rates and estimates online reflect the actual price. If I wanted to pay tow truck prices I'd get a tow truck but with it pretty much lying online about the estimate. Just doesn't help with trying to cost things out and getting screw once you get the final bill

I think the demand is very high for truck rentals so I can see why they don't have time to actually drive the truck and see how it runs and see the little details that may make a customer feel uncomfortable driving it. In my case the check engine was on, and the side view mirrors had bird poop the lock for the back roll up didn't have a key..but overall everything else was great!! Thank you.

Truck was “clean” but in poor condition. The headliner in the cab was falling down in more than one place and while they had a nicer truck there they gave me the junky one. Staff was not very cooperative or wanting to help in any way, both times I called I was placed on a very long hold and the second time I ended up hanging up. Waaaay over priced for the equipment provided, along with staff that was only interested in charging extra $$ or sending me somewhere else… I think next time I’ll find another rental truck company.

Not having access on Saturday after 2 pm and Sunday is the REASON I moved out! On the weekends when I want to use my Motor Home I could not even get it out of your locked up lot. Totally Ridiculous 🤬

Damien and the staff went above and beyond and helped us through a crazy local mive and took care of some issues we had and we would recommend this location as having good customer service

No security cameras. Our catalytic converter was stolen while there. Our rent went from $51.50 to $103.00 with absolutely no improvements. The dump is inconvenient. No place to wash your vehicle. The person running the office is arrogant and unable accept responsibility.

This place is a little different than many U-Haul storage facilities. You can only come in when open 6 days a week but for my vehicle storage needs was perfect. But the best asset was Jessye the manager. Extremely helpful and what a great sense of humor and personality. She is worth the experience all by herself. Can’t wait to store my motor home there when it comes time.
