There were no locks available for the trailer I rented and my paper work just said to return it on Sunday, it didnt say by 11:20 am Sunday so when I returned it at 2:20 pm Sunday I was charged another $20 as a full day rental. Please add time to return day.

No improvements needed! It was an easy transaction and was convenient to return the van after hours. We rented the 9-foot cargo van. It was clean and comfortable. Loading and unloading was easy. This is my favorite location to rent equipment in the Auburn/Opelika area. Their equipment is always up-to-date and clean. And it’s easy to pull into and exit their location because there is a large parking area in front of the building. I highly recommend this location.

Drop off was a breeze with the fellow in charge meeting me in the lot and taking care of check-in quickly and efficiently... even offering to back the trailer in place so that I didn't have to! Another great U-haul experience!

when i picked up truck, left front tire had cut in sidewall. When they changed me to another truck they had to refund my money for first truck and re-bill. I still have not received the money in my account!

During the turn in of the vehicle in Opelika the gentleman was polite but said there was nothing he could do in connection with the equipment and did not seem to want to know anyting about the minor damage to the vehicle.

The location was fine. My problem was with U-Haul's corporate scheduling. I needed and reserved a ten foot truck a month in advance. Less than 24 hrs before my rental date, I was told I was getting a 26 foot truck. That morning U-Haul could not help me by phone and I had to take the big one. I had to negotiate tight spaces and Atlanta traffic, while paying more for gas. Very disappointing.

The location overall was great. My experience with the website and customer service was dissatisfactory. Due to no 10' trucks being available on 07/19/19 at 6 PM, I reserved a cargo van for the same time and place. I was in a uhaul location picking up a tv box, and asked them to double check if there was a truck available at the same time and place. They said there was. All of the sudden, I am getting a call to verify picking up a truck at a different location at a much earlier time. After some hassling, I got a truck, but I had to take off of work three hours early. Apparently my 10' truck had been reserved while the rescheduling occurred.

I ask for a trailer in Auburn AL and got assigned to a store 30 minutes from Auburn. I was able to change the trailer and site for pick up but it would be nice to try and get something closer when I scheduled a week ahead of time.

Don’t confirm order if equipment is not available at selected location. Either move equipment yourself or prorate/discount mileage to account for distance between locations. I actually drove by a closer location and saw the same truck sitting outside. This is simple management of resources and easily fixed.

I dropped the rental trailer off on the 3rd.i called it in and the lady keep asking about the keys. It’s now the 7th and I’m still getting calls about why I haven’t returned it. My wife went by the drop off today and they guy was very helpful and to find out it had already been rented again. Someone needs to manage this better

Pick up location did not have the items I had ordered with my online order so I had to go to another location a mile away to get them. The second location could not pull up my online order so they charged me again for the items I had already paid for online. I later made a second trip to the second place to get credited for the overcharge. Unnecessary inconvenience.

No problem with location, your company is awful! Will never, ever, rent from you again! You change pickup location last minute, don't have any of the equipment I reserved. The absolute worst experience

Did not drop off at this location as I received a text telling me to drop it off at Crawford St. it was a small gas station/convenience store. I walked in asked if i can drop off the U-Haul trailer, lady said yes. I asked for a receipt, she said they don’t give receipts. So I call 1800 number and they tell me I’m at the wrong place. I asked if I can just leave it there since that’s where the text asked me to drop it off. She said she would change the drop off address and said I was good to go. Both pick up and drop offs could’ve been smoother and felt stressed doing both transactions.

I called to inform them that the front of the truck leaked and that there was no dolly or blankets. I got a call back the next day saying they no longer do the dollies anymore and that I damaged the truck and that they he had video to prove it. The manager was extremely rude about and I know we did not damage the truck at all. Luckily it was only laundry that go wet, but you could tell that it had been repaired before and done so very poorly.

The first trailer reserved for us did not have very bright tail lights so he changed the trailer out for us. Loaded and secured it to our car. He was very helpful.
