David AndraI went in to location to reserve a truck for the next day and when i went to pick it up there was no reservation. I sat in my car for an hour (while my loaders were waiting on me) trying to make another reservation and get the keys for the truck. After 3 phone calls i got it. The ramp was covered with dried mud and it was tracked in to my new house. My garage was full of it and my floors were covered with it. I had to take more time from moving to clean it up. I need to rent it again this friday and think a discount would be the right thing to do

Jeff KelloggTruck died twice in the 2-3 hours I had it. It was very dirty inside the cab and smelled bad, also on paper the fuel level in the truck was very incorrect, a quarter tank less than what it said on the paper. I still filled it up but was still over charged. Friendly staff overall. Still got done what I needed to do but I’d at least like to talk to someone at this location to at least get some kind of compensation for the over charge. Or at least explain to me what it’s for.

Kyle OlsenThis location is excellent, especially the man who helped me at the counter. He knew I was frantic because I tried to use my cell to pick up my truck. I will not bother with that again! I had no idea I would need a friend to say I am me, or that I might need a passport. When you are at the location, with the moving help waiting, it is not the time to add extra requirements.

Judy GreenlundMy reservation was switched from a location that had 24hr access to a location that did not. When I arrived at the new location it was not open and I was not able to pickup my equipment until the opened. When I called customer service to address this I was told I would just have to wait. When the location opened I was not able to use the app to pickup the equipment. While I had the truck it barley started everytime and on the 2nd day I had to call U-Haul roadside to have a battery replaced in the unit. Then when I went to return the unit the app wouldn't allow me to process the return either overall this was a poor experience.

Kelly PhillipsThe only thing I can think of is to let people drop the vehicles off closest to them without a huge charge. It makes it stressful when you’ve had a long day of packing, moving unpacking, and then having to go 20 minutes back to where you started to just drop off the truck.

William ReeseI enjoyed the experience with John. He was helpful and friendly. Not connected to that, when I went to fill the gas tank up after a 30 mile trip, I put in $14.00 and stopped to check the tank and it was way above the amount I started with. I am sure that I could have kept pumping gas into it and made it way more expense to me. It was not full when I picked it up. SUPER not happy about that! Otherwise......
David Ballardyou can actually contact your customers when you make billing errors on their account, advising them that you mischarged them, and had to credit it back, instead of trying to rerun the card for a new payment, before the first one has even been credited back, and let them know you made a mistake instead of hiding it!!!! So shady, I still haven’t gotten a call back from the area supervisor, despite requests. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable service!!! And you are still trying to charge ME a $30 late fee for YOUR mistake!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!
