Too expensive, attendant wasn't sure about payment when I dropped off
Romeo PittThe app wouldn't or website wouldn't allow me to upload pictures after trying for over 20 mins. I replaced the fuel n still got hit with a fuel charge when it was left with more gas than I got it
Malissa RiveraTruck was a mess when I got it. This truck is a moving DOT violation. The truck had less then a quarter of tank employee marked as 3/8. Didn’t have all equipment I requested had to drive to separate location to pick it up. Rented moving blankets 18 brought back 18 counters them several times. Next day the owner who is a real piece of work has the nerve to call wife get nasty with her and then leaves me a voicemail. One your employee told us after hours lock the keys on back of the truck. Upon arrival he went into the back of the truck and got the keys with a master key that he had the for the lock. I explain to the owner the nerve or the guy to then charge me a cleaning fee when the truck was a fucking mess when I picked it up and returned all the blankets charge me an extra $66. The guy is a crook, a thief, and a real piece of shit.

JOHN RAIAFirst, our reservation could have been handled more efficiently. I called East and told both vans were spoken for, I was sent to West. When I arrived there I was told to read the mobile directions on the front door. Since I don't use a cell phone the agent let me in, said her van was spoken for, then she called East and was told both of his vans actually were available!! I reserved one w my credit card then drove back there. My driver, patient, waited at noon while I paid the bill, okay? Returning 4 hrs later, we got there before closing one very hot day. The AC was pleasant. Thank you.

Rosario Da silvaChange the wipers, because those were not in shape at all, did not wipe the windshield properly, was a hazard. The stearing had space so i had to be extra carefull while driving, is a hazard. Overall the truck/vehicle was clean and had a great customer service

Jennifer MendelsonMy comment has nothing to do with the UHAUL rental location but rather UHAUL reservation process. While we submitted a rental request 7 weeks prior to the date required we were not informed (despite several follow up calls I made) of the trailers availability until 2 days before the required date. . We drove a car from SC to NY in the hopes that the reservation would come through with no guarentee. Had we not gotten the UHAUL we would have driven these 800 miles unnessarily and not been able to move the required items. This is no way to run a "moving/relocation" business keeping us in the dark until the final hours.

Julio MorinThe address is listed as 192 frowein Rd. Finding 190 is easy. I went up and down the road for a half hour to find 192. It is 2 miles east of 190 and the numbers are out of order.
MARY CUOZZOWhen your renting a truck, the online person/ reservationists quoted one price and, when we went to pick up, the price was not in computer ( $500) difference. It was a promotional deal. The young man at the pick up site was very helpful in correcting the error without any problem. He was very helpful at resolving the error. Give him a raise please. He is dedicated to his job and takes his job seriously. You can tell, he cares for your company.
