We struggled to check in with the app, but were able to do the check in on the website on my phone. It was pretty frustrating struggling with the app and that should be fixed for this location.
JEROMY GDropped off on a Sunday. Using cellphone for drop off instructions online was not user friendly. Overall, experience was just fine. Dropped off trailer, placed paperwork in key box as instructed if problems with online check-in.

Alice BPull the dolly straps from winch. A simple hitch knot will suffice until the customer loads the vehicle. Also, refer to the many youtubes for reference.

John GThe people at Storage Pro are very friendly and conscientious. They will get the job done for you. Because they are a smaller Uhaul dealer, the experience of renting from there is less stressful than at a large dealer. Their hours are limited, however, so check to be sure they are open if you want face to face contact with them.
ANTHONY JUhaul we rented needed an oil change which came on after loading the vehicle and on the road. We had to pull over to call roadside and had to pay extra mileage because of their error. It was only $9 but still ridiculous.

THOMAS AReceived no personal service, help checking out truck or even showing me which one I was to take. Would not check for close drop off in Tx. didn't Explain anything about truck,. inside of truck still had garbage from previous renter. Many scrapes on exterior that were not marked with an X.
KAREN SDirections on Google did not take us to the exact location it took us beyond the location and we then had to look around for the uhaul center.

MICHAEL AWe got a 26' truck that just came in and they didn't have a chance to inspect it. The drive was a bit bumpy to to a loose front end or something along those lines.
MARK VTrailer worked excellent for my needs. Trailer needs to be oiled at the hitch points. Was rusty and hard to connect

LAURIE LHave crank up tongue jack stands on the tongues of the trailer for customer convenience. It's almost impossible to lift up to hitch or unhitch without them. The female desk person helped with a portable one but no one was there on the drop off. Almost had a hernia or back blow out.

Sarah DI had to attach trailer myself, there are no tongue jacks. Tongue laying on ground Im almost 60 amd hurt my stomach lifting onto hitch.
Donald GWe got a flat tire in Iowa it took 2 hours to get fixed! Not sure if the tires were inspected properly.
