I paid $82 for a truck that did not come with what was promised. No padding sheets and the wrong dolly, which the StorageOne associate attempted to convince me was an upgrade... specific dollies has specific functions and I got one that did not fit my needs. The process to retrieve the keys through online verification is long, tedious and faulty. It took me 45 minutes on-site to get the truck, and that cost me additional time with the movers assisting me. This could not have been more inconvenient if the truck was in impound! I feel like I got ripped off and won't be giving out any recommendations.

Combo lock didn't work and was stuck. Called customer service and it took 30 mins to get thru. Then they forgot my appliance dolly. Caused me to be behind a couple of hours

Our customer service experience was not only the best for u-haul, it was the best we have experienced in months. In fact, my wife and I sat in the car trying to recall the last time someone made such a positive impression on us at a place of business. We couldn't remember. I hope this gets back to the staff, and you all get the recognition you deserve, because...Bravo. Keep up the incredible work and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
