There was some Styrofoam in the cargo area but I cleaned it up when I was finished. Make sure the cargo area is clean before the truck goes out.

Even though I was incorrectly charged double for services used, every single representative I talked to was incredibly helpful in assisting me to get my refunds and helping me remove the wrong charges off. Electronic system seems faulty, but in person representatives were far from inadequate. Invest more into your actual staff, and I would question the reliability of the electronic services to avoid this problem in the future. One more THANK YOU to every single rep. who helped me. Please check my records to see who I've corresponded with and give them praise. Theyve helped me out tremendously.

My original booking had to change to a different location so I updated my reservation online and chose a location next to the place I'm moving, which says guarnteed. Which I chose because I don't want to pay mileage since my 2 locations are close to each other. Yet the morning of my pick up, I was informed yet again that I have to pick up the truck somewhere. Which is farther than where I'm moving. Ended up doubling my miles, which is not what I budgeted for.

on the pre-rental inspection app, it only allowed one photo to document damage. It should allow at least one photo for each area of inspection.

I paid $82 for a truck that did not come with what was promised. No padding sheets and the wrong dolly, which the StorageOne associate attempted to convince me was an upgrade... specific dollies has specific functions and I got one that did not fit my needs. The process to retrieve the keys through online verification is long, tedious and faulty. It took me 45 minutes on-site to get the truck, and that cost me additional time with the movers assisting me. This could not have been more inconvenient if the truck was in impound! I feel like I got ripped off and won't be giving out any recommendations.

Our customer service experience was not only the best for u-haul, it was the best we have experienced in months. In fact, my wife and I sat in the car trying to recall the last time someone made such a positive impression on us at a place of business. We couldn't remember. I hope this gets back to the staff, and you all get the recognition you deserve, because...Bravo. Keep up the incredible work and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We will happily go back to you in the future.
