Passenger rear view mirror was shattered. I photographed the vehicle upon receipt prior to leaving the rental facility and informed the the storage mall's property manager of the condition of the vehicle. I found two (broken) ratchet strap remnants tied to wooden wall railings in the rear of the truck as well as a forgotten 7 foot long fiberglass/metal (CB) antenna resting on the wooden rail in the truck's storage box too. I informed the property manager of the forgotten antenna in order for him (Dan) to contact previous parties that rented that perticuar truck who may have forgotten the valuable trucker's CB radio accessory. I returned the truck after having purchased 5.5 gallons ($18.00) and provided the gas purchase cash receipt to the property manager when I promptly returned the rented 15 ft truck for the one-day rental (39.3 recorded miles driven), yet the final receipt indicated that I was fined with a 3.0 gallon refueling surcharge ($16.50 plus tax). I have asked for this open issue to be reviewed and have requested a refund for the overcharge. The property manager (person who rented and received the returned truck) is following through with my claim for reimbursement.

krista d2nd time I have rented a truck in the last 6 months. 1st time, the self check in process was difficult and this time, no matter how many attempts I made to share my location upon drop off, the website would not pick it up or allow it.
Roy CWhen my wife returned the trailer, the agent so "no" when asked if he could help unhook it. He told her they don't take that equipment there even though it was the correct return address. She had to unhook it herself.

Ronald RI had no issue with my experience at the location. But I had to call and use your call center and the person was very rude and unhelpful. I had a question and instead of answering it or even saying that he didn’t know the answer he was rude and condescending and said that he didn’t know how he could do anything.

John DThe place where I rented the uhaul wasn't the problem. Your road side assistance sucks and your workers are terrible I wanted 4 hours for a tow truck after being told if I left I would be charged for the tow to be called back and told to leave the keys in the truck and leave. I was also told because the truck broke down and I wasn't back in time that I would be charged extra for the time I used it! I will never use uhaul again!
