RICHARD REESEThe following isn’t about Storage King - the facility was nice and clean, and the truck was easily accessible. My complaint is with U-Haul mobile truck share - I arrived 10 minutes early (before the office opened) and U-Haul had a major technical outage, leaving my 76 year old father and myself waiting in the Texas heat to complete the mobile pickup - 45 minutes! If we hadn’t brought water with us we would have been screwed. I can’t even begin to describe my fury. The entire move was delayed over an hour due to U-Hauls failure at disaster recovery and high availability of its production servers. I will never forgive U-Haul for this, ever.

Mary Ann DavidsonSo they claimed that there was a 1/4 tank of gas and as soon as I pulled out the light came on. 50 miles to empty. I called the girl who rented me the truck and told her. She said she would talk to the manager.
Robert HegarPickup was great. However, the office was closed during the open business hours. No one pickup the phone at the location. I had to call 1-800 and asked how to drop off the rental equipment. After about 1/2 an hour after arriving at the office location, the 1-800 operator told me to leave the equipment in front of the door.
Chonlada PongpipattanachaiOlder truck wreaking of cigarettes. Had a hard time starting, sounded like a battery issue. After loading all night, ready to go, truck wouldn't start. I ran out at 9pm to buy jumper cables to get the truck home. Next day went to start it and return it. Dead battery again. Jump start again in the rain. I called storage king the next day and they offered nothing in compensation. I'm out $50 for jumper cables plus inconvenience

BILLY SIMONEAUXI had to wait 45 minutes for the place to open up again because there was a lunch break that I was unaware of. They did not answer the phone And the door was locked, And the woman was extremely rude. She verbally personally attacked me when I asked her about not answering the phone and where the lunch break was stated on my u-haul online scheduling forms. I made the appointment for 1:30... That is an uncommon lunch break time as well. She put me an hour behind schedule. Wow I am glad to never have to deal with her again!! She had. Chip on her shoulder!
