Didn’t notice that the paperwork stating that the amount of gas in the truck at pickup location was incorrect. And was charged for an additional 24 gallons ($120) of gas when at the drop off location because of it. And we filled it up to where it was when we picked it up. How the hell can a 67 mile trip take 24 gallons plus the fuel we put in it? We were totally ripped off!!!

The gas gauge doesn’t register over 1/4 full. No way to tell how much gas is in it. Gas inlet is difficult to fill, keeps shutting off the pump.

Truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke. Damages from prior customers caused side panel to rub against rear tire and we had to pull over and ziptie it to prevent tire damage.

I would have liked the process explained a little more. I thought I heard 9 cents a mile added to the cost of the rental. Surprised that it was $.99, but I understood that I obviously didn’t hear it correctly. I wear hearing aids to assist what I hear. Nothing is perfect, but I would appreciate a paper showing the cost explained before a rental.

The truck was not thoroughly cleaned. And the customer service was not what I would consider up to par. I was not even asked for my drivers license to confirm who I was when I picked up the truck even though I made an online reservation. I was only asked my name. The attendant was not rude however he did not seem particularly inviting.

I ordered a utility dolly, rental contract shows utility Dolly. I tell the rental rep utility dolly. Rep gives me an appliance dolly. Appliance dolly is non-applicable to my needs. I explain this to the rep. Rep says I paid $10, so I should be getting the appliance dolly. I wouldn't bother saying this, but, I returned One appliance dolly, and not a utility dolly, and if I get charged or something, I want this backing me up.

The vehicle ride was absolutely horrible, it sputtered and acted like it was gonna stall the whole time. Did one load and returned it. Staff was friendly and easy process. Just unhappy with van. Wasn't a smooth ride at all.

The agent was late opening the location. My appointment time was 9:00 am I had to wait 15 minutes before the agent opened. She also had the incorrect drop off location and did not provide a paper copy of contract because she did not have a printer. It was emailed. The truck was almost empty and it was returned with three quarters of a tank of gas. I am extremely disappointed.

I tried 3 times to use the app to return the truck on Sunday, when the office was closed, and the app kept restarting, even after removing the app and reinstalling. So, I returned the key in the night drop, and the next day they checked in the truck but charged me for gas. I got the truck on 1/2 tank and returned in on 5/8 tank, which is more gas than I started with. I have picture proof from the many app attempts that the gas was well above 1/2 tank but I was charged for 3 gallons of gas. Whoever checked in my returned truck is very dishonest.

I had an appt at 1pm and the manager had left and didn’t call me to inform me she wouldn’t be at the location. I was late to meet with individuals who were moving me and they almost left. I currently am battling Stage IV colon cancer I was stress and very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

My experience renting a uhaul truck was very good. The rental agent was personable and friendly. The truck was clean and in good running condition.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude. Did not greet me when I came in and had no personality at all. You can tell she hates her job. When returning the truck and struggling with the mobile app and taking pictures in the rain, I was instructed to drop the keys in the drop box and she refused to accept them. I was satisfied with the product not the customer service.

The receptionist had a nasty attitude, none of the equipment was there (dolly, furniture cover ). I was supposed to have the Uhaul at 7:30. I didn't get into it until 8:30. I will not rent a haul again!

Provide short term rentals.. Like half day, or hourly rates..for two,three or five hours.. Would be great from small in town jobs.. Really wanted a truck for a simple two hour job three miles from the rental location. Had to pay for a full day but returned the unit in less than 2.5 hours...

I was told to clean the truck after use, or be charged $25. The gas was almost where I took it from. I was told I had to add gas or be charged $6 per gal for not adding more gas. I have used Uhaul several times before but this horrible experience has made me rethink my truck rentals for the future. I do not need to go through rude uhaul employees.

The staff member at the facility (sorry, I don't remember her name) was friendly and professional. The office internet service was down, so she called Uhaul directly. Unfortunately, she was told to call her field supervisor. Everything worked out, but I was surprised that Uhaul wouldn't help her sign us in over the phone.

We (my husband and I) reserved a truck to be picked up at 8:00 a.m. (One hour before Storage King USA opened on Saturday.) We followed the steps in the 24/7 app and even entered the driver’s license info manually when the app would not accept the driver’s license pictures. We were still unable to get the code to get the key out of the truck. I tried the online chat and waited several minutes with no reply. We then called customer service. After waiting on hold for 10 – 15 minutes, we spoke with a customer service rep, Nancy, who was very helpful. Finally, after almost an hour, we were able to get into the truck. The truck was clean, and we had no issues checking back in (with a person) at the facility. We would gladly rent again from Storage King USA, but we will rent the truck when the facility is open. We will NOT use that 24/7 app again.

Inspect the trucks before and after someone takes it! The loading dock had glass all over it broken shards of glass ! Not only did I have to clean up the broken glass but my 3 year old daughter was cut, so when I called she apologized and said they don’t ever really check the dock ! How wonderful, when I went to pick up the truck she didn’t even get up to inspect it before I took it just tossed me the key and called it a day

I can't think of anything that needs improvement but I was impressed with the neatness and organized facility. Office staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice lady from the office actually brought my crew and I some cold bottles of water when we were loading a U-haul truck. Now that's hospitality!

Horrible! Donna and her co-hort (didn't get her name but she's Caucasian with shoulder length brown hair) are the rudest and unfriendliest Uhaul workers I've encountered. My young daughter and I walked in and not even a Hello, just a stupid blank stare from them. Never any eye contact after that. No smile, no nothing, not even small talk.During truck inspection I noticed a large dent on the top corner. When I brought it to the rude hags attention, she had the nerves to ask me angrily ''how am I supposed to get up there?'' She then walked angrily away without saying ''I'll be back'' or anything to tell me what happens next! She came back with a ladder and marked it, again with an attitude. After my inspection, I told her I was done and she gave me paperwork without a ''thank you''. While filling up for gas, I read a note on my contract. the brown haired hag had placed a note in paperwork that read ''corner cap is torn. Customer accepts risk of water damage'', SHE NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME! I spent over $700 and I get unnecessary rudeness and lies! STEER FAR AWAY FROM THESE NASTY HAGS!

The representative that helped me was amazing. I wasn’t sure on what exactly I wanted and she gave me options according to the information I g ave her even provided me with tips on how to pack my things to get the most out of the U-Haul and avoid extra trips! Definitely will recommend her even if I didn’t recommend the location.

My reservation was transferred to this location due to a parade. I was in a difficult position and your team worked with me to maintain my truck size and drop off was really fast and conveneient. The lady on first street location did get snippy bc she couldn’t accommodate me bc of the parade. But in the end it all worked out.
